    Reservation made on the Flower Camping website on Saturday evening for an overnight stay on Sunday evening. Booking announced pending I went to the campsite to find out that the reception was closed on Sundays (2 completely contradictory posters: 1 saying that the reception was open on Sundays and the other saying the opposite). So I went to another campsite that was open and had pitches available. Mail received on Monday saying they couldn't accommodate us An obvious lack of seriousness.....

    Réservation faite sur le site Flower Camping le samedi soir pour une nuitée le dimanche soir. Réservation annoncée en attente Je me suis tout de même déplacé pour me rendre compte que l'accueil était fermé le dimanche (2 affiches complètement contradictoires : 1 disant que l'accueil était ouvert le dimanche et l'autre le contraire) Je me suis donc dirigé vers un autre camping ouvert et avec des emplacements disponibles Mail reçu le lundi indiquant qu'il ne pouvait pas nous accueillir Un manque de sérieux évident.....

    We rented in September. We were allocated mobile home no. 50, and were "welcomed" by the owners' banquet. When we asked the campsite manager for another pitch, we were refused. On our return to the mobile home, we were attacked by a fishmonger (owner of n 48) who came to ask us for "accounts" and invited us to have a rb&b! During our stay, we were subjected to all kinds of provocation, including the jigsaw in n. 38. No compensation, no commercial gesture, no offer of accommodation in another mobile home was made. This was our 4th year at Kerarno and it will be our last. The problem seems to be recurring, given a comment from 2023 on the same site.

    Nous avons loué au mois de septembre. On nous a attribué le Mobil home n°50 ; nous avons été " accueillis" par le banquet des propriétaires. Lorsque nous avons demandé à la gérante du camping un autre emplacement, cela nous a été refusé. Au retour au mobile home, nous avons été agressé par une poissonnière(propriétaire du n 48) venant nous demander "des comptes" et nous invitant à prendre un rb&b ! Durant le séjour, nous avons eu droit à des provocation en tout genre dont la scie sauteuse du n 38. Aucun dédommagement,aucun geste commercial,aucune proposition de re logement dans un autre Mobil home nous a été proposé. C'était notre 4 ième année au kerarno et ce sera la dernière. Le problème semble récurrent au vu d'un commentaire de 2023 sur le même emplacement.

    Very friendly staff. I would like to know if this is because we booked through camping. Com ,but twice now we have been allocated old mobile homes compared to the other mobile homes. The campsite is not worth the 4 stars.

    Personnel très gentil. J aimerais savoir si cela vient du fait que nous avions réservé par le biais de camping. Com ,mais cela fait deux fois que l on nous attribué des mobilhomme vetustes par rapport aux autres mobilhommes. Le camping ne vaut pas les 4 etoiles.
