    A pleasant stay, but a disappointing mobile home

    We paid over €600 for a week in a mobile home.

    The campground itself is pleasant and unpretentious, and we enjoyed the setting. However, we were quite disappointed with our accommodations.

    In the photos on the website, the mobile homes looked very clean and new, but when we … arrived, we were given a mobile home that was much older and very different from the photos shown. The curtains had holes in them, and the walls in our bedroom were badly damaged and cracked. Another problem: the shower tray was broken; we reported it as soon as we arrived, but we were told it was up to us to deal with it for the entire week. So we had water that was either very, very hot or very, very cold, with no option for a middle temperature.

    We ended up using the campground showers so we could wash properly.

    For the price we paid, we expected a clean mobile home in good condition that better matched the photos shown at the time of booking.

    It’s a shame, because the campground is pleasant and could have been a good experience if the accommodations were better maintained and more in line with the photos on the website. Finally, we were surprised because no check-in inspection is conducted, but a check-out inspection is performed at the end of the stay, which is completely illogical….

    We recommend this campground for a simple, hassle-free two- or three-day stay, but for a full week of vacation, we found the mobile homes to be too run-down and not as modern as promised in the photos…

    Un séjour agréable, mais un mobile\-home décevant

    Nous avons payé plus de 600 € pour une semaine en mobile\-home.

    Le camping en lui-même est agréable et simple, et nous avons apprécié le cadre. En revanche, nous avons été assez déçus par notre hébergement.

    Sur les photos du site, les mobile-homes paraissaient très propres et récents, alors qu’à notre arrivée, nous avons eu un mobile-home qui beaucoup plus ancien et très différent des photos présentées. Les rideaux étaient troués, les murs de notre chambre étaient très abîmés et fissurés. Autre problème : le receveur de douche était HS, nous l’avons signalé dès notre arrivée, mais il nous a été indiqué que c’était à nous de faire avec pour toute la semaine. Nous avions donc de l’eau soit très très chaude, soit très très froide, sans possibilité d’avoir une température intermédiaire.

    Nous avons donc finalement utiliser les douches du camping pour pouvoir nous laver correctement.

    Pour le prix payé, nous nous attendions à un mobile-home propre, en bon état et correspondant davantage aux photos présentées lors de la réservation.

    C’est dommage, car le camping est agréable et pourrait être une bonne expérience si les hébergements étaient mieux entretenus et plus conformes aux photos du site. Enfin, nous avons été surpris, car aucun état des lieux d’entrée n’est effectué, mais un état des lieux de sortie lui est fait à la fin du séjour, ce qui est totalement illogique….

    Nous recommandons ce camping pour un séjour simple de deux ou trois jours, sans prise de tête, mais pour une semaine de vraies vacances, nous avons trouvé les mobile-homes trop négligés et pas assez récent comme promis sur les photos…

    We had a wonderful week at the KERLEYOU campground.
    The campground is small but pleasant.
    They offer activities and a new food truck every evening!
    They offer both tent sites and mobile homes.
    The mobile homes are clean and functional. Nothing was missing. On the premium pitches, sheets and towels are provided.
    It’s perfectly suited for children. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
    We’ll definitely be back!

    Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au camping le KERLEYOU.
    Le camping est petit, mais agréable.
    Il y a des activités proposées et un nouveau food truck tous les soirs !
    Possibilité d'emplacement nus, de mobil home.
    Les mobil home sont propres et fonctionnels. Il ne manquait rien. Sur les premiums, les draps et serviettes sont fournis.
    Il est parfaitement adapté aux enfants. L'équipe a été très arrangeante et très sympathique.
    Nous y reviendrons sûrement !

    The staff was very kind and welcoming. The mobile home was pretty nice, clean, and in good condition.
    The indoor pool was also very nice.
    The only downside was that the playground was closed. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay, and the kids were thrilled.
