    • If your email/letter is presented more than 30 days before your arrival, the amount of the deposit paid, the administration fees paid, and, if applicable, the sums paid under the cancellation insurance remain acquired by the campsite. • If your letter is presented between the 30th and 15th day prior to your arrival, the amount of the deposit and administration fees paid, and, if applicable, the sums paid for cancellation insurance at the time of booking will be retained by the campsite; the balance of the price of the stay will be credited towards your next stay at the campsite, which must be reserved within one year from the date of the stay. If you have reserved your stay less than 30 days before the date of your arrival, and your letter of cancellation is presented 15 days or more before this date, the sums corresponding to the amount of the deposit, the administration fees, and the cancellation insurance premium, if any, referred to in article 2 of these General Terms and Conditions will be retained by the campsite; the excess will be credited to a future stay at the campsite, which must be booked during the same season as the cancelled stay or during the following season. • If your letter is presented less than 15 days before the date of your arrival, all sums paid to the campsite will be forfeited.

    I do not recommend this campground.
    I’ve never seen such a run-down and dirty mobile home—no toilet paper, sponge, or trash bags. When you arrive at 8 p.m., it’s obviously a hassle...
    The dishes were dirty, as were the toilets. The bathroom sink was clogged and smelled like a sewer, and the blinds were rusty and dirty...
    The next day, I reported these issues to the front desk, but no one came to the unit to at least unclog the sink. After insisting, I managed to get a sponge and some disinfectant.
    The campground’s website says there’s a restaurant, but it’s actually a food truck—not quite the same thing....

    Je n'ai jamais vu un mobilhome aussi vétuste et sale, pas de papier toilette, éponge ni sac poubelle quand on arrive à 20h c'est évidemment compliqué...
    La vaisselle était sale ainsi que les wc. L'évier de la sdb bouché avec une odeur d'égout, les stores rouillés et sale...
    Le lendemain j'ai signalé ces problèmes à l'accueil, personne n'est intervenu dans le logement pour au moins déboucher L'évier. Après avoir insisté j'ai réussi à obtenir une éponge et du désinfectant.
    Sur le site du camping il est noté qu'il y a un restaurant en fait c'est un food truck, pas tout à fait pareil....

    We came out of season (June 15 to 21) with our little dog to take advantage of the low prices and few people. Friendly, smiling staff... Shady site with car parking, including electric... There's a mini grocery store, launderette, bike rental, swimming pool and French fry shop on site. The beach is 100/200 m from the campsite. Footpaths and nature reserves are nearby, and there are plenty of stores (8/10 min.): Super U, Leclerc etc... I recommend it for those who want to visit this rich region...😉

    Venus hors saison pour la 2e fois (13 au 27 juin) avec notre petite chihuahua pour profiter de prix attractif... Équipe sympathique et souriante, nous avons eu un petit soucis de fourmis vite résolu par les équipes, merci pour leur réactivité 😉😉 (mais nous sommes en pleine nature, donc c'est normal 😊😉 )...Emplacement ombragé avec place voiture, y compris électrique...
    Il y a mini épicerie, laverie, location de vélos, piscine et friterie sur place, sans compter les autres activités données par les moniteurs. Food truck plusieurs fois par semaine (exemple : cochon grillé)
    La plage est à 100/200 m du camping. Des chemins pédestre et des zones naturelles sont à côté et nombreux magasins proches (8/10 mn) super U, Leclerc etc...y compris centre-ville Beg Meil...
    Je recommande pour ceux qui veulent visiter cette riche région...😉 et être proche de lieux naturels et magnifiques.

    Yeah, just look at this—I booked, I paid, we’re supposed to arrive in 6 days, and now you’re telling us we won’t have our reservation anymore because of overbooking! I’ve been struggling for 4 days to get confirmation that we’ll have substandard accommodations.
    We work all year long just to have a vacation, and this is starting off great.
    We’re waiting for management to take notice of us and find a solution to the problem—not even a response from management, who are at fault!
    I hope to hear back before we leave on Saturday, July 12!
