This campsite boasts a fantastic location with direct access to the sea and the GR34 coastal path, which guests greatly appreciate. Staff are consistently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness, and the restaurant receives compliments for its fresh, local dishes. The tranquillity and natural surroundings make it an ideal spot for families and those seeking genuine relaxation. However, there are areas for improvement regarding the swimming pools (especially water temperature), maintenance of roads and green spaces, and limited space on some pitches and in accommodations.

A campground that claims to be 4-star but isn’t. The pool is small—it’s not the kind of water park you’d expect from a 4-star property. The food and entertainment aren’t up to par, unlike at other 4-star campgrounds we’ve visited. Finally, our rental unit didn’t meet 4-star standards. We had to clean it ourselves upon arrival because the mobile home was dirty, as was the dishware (there was even a used toothbrush among the cutlery). The bathroom door wouldn’t close, and the window in the bathroom wouldn’t open. Finally, the refrigerator was out of order, and we lost all the groceries we’d bought for our vacation. Despite our report upon arrival about the refrigerator’s temperature, our concern was not addressed. It should be noted, however, that the campground compensated us for the loss of our groceries and repaired the bathroom window.
That said, the campground is quiet and well-located.

Pros: Ideally located near the sea and the wild coastline. The pools are really nice, even though there aren’t any activities (aqua aerobics, beach volleyball). The activity leaders, Marie and Lucie, and the maintenance crew are very friendly. The campground is wooded and full of flowers—it’s very pretty.
Cons: The mobile home was dirty and poorly maintained; the staff smokes a lot—both in front of the reception area and at the bar/restaurant/activity area—so everything is filled with smoke, which is extremely unpleasant (they need to consider non-smokers and children). The bikes we rented were poorly maintained (underinflated tires). The campground doesn’t have Wi-Fi available at all the sites (4 stars???). As for the entertainment, I found it disappointing. The activity leaders do their best, but there’s a lack of structure and organization. The bingo was a farce (duplicate cards, balls falling out...), the quiz answers were never posted, and the "Dino" character was hardly ever around—I think that’s a shame for a 4-star campground. I spoke with some mobile home owners who told me that the manager changes every year (or every two years), and that doesn’t help with consistent organization...

Big plus: Friendly staff, a pleasant Freecamp site facing the sea; a small shelf in the kitchen would be useful (something we’ve had at other Freecamp Flower Campsites) and would be a real bonus. Quiet campground, not too crowded, clean, heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs, and Marie, the activity leader, was very kind to the kids.
On the downside, there were too many smokers in the restaurant, which wasn’t pleasant; there should be a designated area for them.

We spent a week in late June and were made to feel very welcome—it was a pleasant week. We had a spotless, very comfortable wooden cabin.

This family-friendly campground was a wonderful discovery. We were a little skeptical when we made the reservation after reading the Google reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised—everything was great: the staff’s welcome, the playground for the kids, the pool, direct access to the beach, and the mobile home.
