Enjoy an extraordinary experience in the Centre-Val de Loire region at our campsite near the Étang des Bois. Located in the heart of the Orleans forest, the campsite offers access to the lake and an idyllic setting for adventure and water activities.

During your Slow Life stay, you will stay in a Kenya tent (without bathroom facilities) for 2 people. When booking, choose an adventure activity (archery or tree climbing) or a water activity (paddle or kayak). The tent has 2 separate rooms, a kitchen and a terrace. Pets are welcome. Disabled access is not possible. Possibility to stay up to 5 persons (with supplement).

    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    The campsite has a recent change of management and is really short staffed resulting in less clean toilets and overdue weeding. However we were amazed by the kindness of the staff and the wish to make improvements despite everyone being overworked making long hours. Also the Etang is amazing with lots of activities to offer and the restaurant very reasonable. Our little kids enjoyed the mini golf, playground and the goats on the camping as well.

    A charming campground and location.
    We should have stayed 4 nights.
    BUT the first night was horrible.
    A group of troublemakers played music until 6 a.m.
    We called the police twice, but no one came.
    And the manager—who was lovely—explained to us the next day that it’s like that all summer long.

    This campground was recently taken over by new owners. The managers are very accommodating; we were a group of several campervans. The sites are spacious, and we’ve been coming here for four days every July for the past two years. The lake is very close by, but the restrooms could use a more thorough cleaning. The little beach bar is really nice!

Les gérants sont super arrangeants, nous étions un groupe de plusieurs combi, les emplacements sont grands, cela fait 2 ans que nous venons passer 4 jours en juillet. Le lac est très proche, les sanitaires pourraient être nettoyés d’avantage. Le petit bar plage est super sympa !
