    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

The park is beautifully situated along the Loire and the Canal de Briare, with spacious pitches and plenty of nature all around. Guests appreciate the friendly welcome and the tranquility of the grounds, as well as the central location near Briare. Major areas for improvement are the outdated and insufficiently cleaned sanitary facilities, where guests regularly miss toilet paper and soap, and the maintenance of the grass and pool which falls short.

    We called around 10:30 on October 2, 26, to ask if we could arrive around noon on October 2, 2026. That was fine; they were closed starting at 12:00, but they would send us the gate code via text message.
    We received a text message asking us to check in, which we did. We arrived at 11:35 a.m. (so the front desk should still have been open). No … one was there; the gate was locked. We called again: no answer. In short, we couldn’t get in.
    We walked across the campground, which looked very deserted and somewhat gloomy; no view of the Loire at all, just trees. We left after canceling via text message; we haven’t heard back from them. We’re now in a beautiful spot at the municipal campground a little way upstream.
    Briare is a nice little village, though.

    We belden rond 10:30 op 2-10-26 of we rond 12 uur konden arriveren op deze 2 oktober 2026. Dat kon, ze waren wel vanaf 12:00 gesloten maar ze zouden poort code per sms sturen.
    We kregen een sms om te registreren , wat we deden. We arriveerden om 11:35 (dus receptie moest nog open zijn. Niemand aanwezig; poort dicht. We telefoneerden nogmaals: geen gehoor. Kortom we konden er niet in.
    We liepen over de camping die erg verlaten en wat mistroostig oogde; totaal geen zicht op de Loire, enkel op bomen. We zijn weer vertrokken nadat we per sms annuleerden; niets terug gehoord van ze. We staan nu prachtig op municipal ietsje stroomopwaarts.
    Briare is wel een leuk dorpje.

    A 3-star campground with open-space sites, clean restrooms, a small pool, and a mini-golf course. There’s a good selection of sites, but not enough electrical outlets. Also, you have to do your dishes before 10 p.m.—otherwise, you’ll be doing them in the dark, and getting around will be in the dark, too. It’s very well located for visiting Gien, … Rogny, the Seven Locks, and the Vriare Canal with its water bridge. It’s 50 km from the Château de Giédelon and St. Fargeau. This campground accepts the ACSI card.

    Camping 3 étoiles avec emplacement libre, sanitaire propre, petite piscine et mini golf. Pour les emplacements il y a du choix mais pas assez de prises de courant. Sinon il faut faire sa vaisselle avant 22h sinon on le fait dans le noir et les deplacements aussi. Tres bien place pour allez sur Gien Rogny les 7 écluses et le canal de Vriare avec son pont a eau. Il est a 50km du chateau de Gyedelon et de St Fargeau. Ce camping accepte la carte ACSI.
