    We returned a few days ago from an 8-day stay at this campground, which we really enjoyed. We stayed in one of the many new and beautiful tents at the campground, which are just as well-equipped as an average cottage—except that the tents are a bit more affordable. The tent was clean, the shower was good, and everything was neatly arranged. The campground itself is small to medium-sized and, above all, nice and quiet, with a beautiful, sweeping view and surrounded by farmland. Every morning, the farmer let his cows out, and they came to graze right next to our tent. Very relaxing. There were three of us, including a 4-year-old who really enjoyed the pool. In terms of games and activities, the campground is a bit limited, and in the surrounding area, it’s often a longer drive before you come across anything. We thought this was fine for 8 days but wouldn’t necessarily stay longer because of the limited activities. If you’re here purely for nature and peace and quiet, you can easily stay longer. A few possible improvements: boost the level of amenities for children just a bit, and keep the weeds along the footpaths leading to the tent under control a little better (they pricked our little ones’ feet). But that’s not meant as criticism—they’re just minor things that didn’t really bother us, and they certainly didn’t detract from the overall quality of the campground. Oh, and another important point: the staff and owners are very friendly. We were able to leave our broken stroller behind, and they took it to the local landfill for us. All in all, highly recommended!

    We zijn een aantal dagen geleden teruggekeerd van een 8-daags verblijf op deze camping, wat ons heel goed is bevallen. We verbleven in een van de vele nieuwe en mooie tenten op de camping, die qua voorzieningen niet onderdoen voor een gemiddeld huisje, behalve dat de tenten wat vriendelijker geprijsd zijn. De tent was schoon, de douche goed en alles netjes aangekleed. De camping zelf is klein tot middelgroot en vooral lekker rustig, met een mooi en wijds uitzicht en omgeven door agrarische activiteit. Elke morgen zet de boer zijn koeien buiten, waarna ze vlak naast onze tent kwamen grazen. Heel ontspannen. Wij waren met z'n drieën waaronder een kind van 4 die het zwembad erg leuk vond. Qua spel en activiteit is de camping wat dunner voorzien en ook in de omgeving is het vaak wat langer rijden alvorens je iets tegenkomt. Wij vonden dit prima voor 8 dagen maar zouden ook niet per se langer verblijven vanwege het activiteitenniveau. Als je puur voor natuur en rust gaat kun je hier makkelijk langer verblijven. Een paar mogelijke optimalisaties: het voorzieningenniveau voor kinderen nog ietsje opkrikken, en het onkruid langs de voetpaden richting de tent net iets meer bijhouden (prikte aan de voetjes). Maar dat mag geen kritiek heten, het zijn slechts kleine dingen waar we ons verder niet aan gestoord hebben, en die absoluut niet afdeden aan de verdere verzorging van de camping. Oh ja, ook niet onbelangrijk: het personeel en de eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk. We konden onze kapotte kinderwagen achterlaten, die door hun naar de plaatselijke vuilstort werd gebracht. Al met al een aanrader!
