Summary created out of 173 reviews

This peaceful park in the Northern Vosges is particularly valued for its friendly and helpful staff, the beautiful forest location with views over the village of Oberbronn, and the tranquillity it offers. Guests praise the clean sanitary facilities with toilet paper and relaxing lounge music, the indoor swimming pool with sauna and steam room, and the restaurant where you can eat and order bread. The spacious pitches, opportunities for hiking and cycling in the area, and good value for money make the park an excellent base for nature lovers. Some points of attention include the uneven pitches, the sometimes limited number of toilets and showers, maintenance needed for some buildings, and the desire for more lighting in the evenings.

A very large campground with good amenities. Very quiet, top-notch location. Friendly staff. Very natural setting. An unexpected pool—it looks like an old public pool. Hot tubs, etc.—very pleasant. Hikes in the forest near the campground

We stayed in a wooden cabin. It was practically furnished; unfortunately, the beds were a bit short and narrow, but comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with an induction cooktop, a microwave, and a small coffee maker. The pool was warm and clean. The restaurant at the campground is looking for a new tenant and is unfortunately closed at the moment. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, and there are fresh baguettes and croissants every morning. There are play areas for the kids.
I would definitely go back there for a short getaway.

We only stayed for a short time (30 minutes). When we arrived, we asked for sheets, towels, etc., but they weren’t there. When we went to pick them up at the front desk, there were no more sheets in the right size....
It was a furnace—not even a fan, and it was in direct sunlight. And to top it off, we arrived late, and the listing said there was a restaurant. Well, there was no restaurant! All due to poor management.
So we had to pack our bags, find another place to stay nearby, and request a refund since we didn’t stay because of all the issues and the misleading information in the listing. Our request was denied. A ruined vacation, money down the drain—it’s truly deplorable that we weren’t reimbursed since nothing was right.
The pool closes at 7 p.m.... Right in the middle of August during a heat wave.
“Comfort Zen” chalet—the most expensive one—this is the first time I’ve ever seen a property in this price range with no air conditioning. It’s a disgrace.
