    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

    • 70% 30 days before arrival date

    You will have to pay 100% if you are Booking less than 1 month before departure

    Location ( mobil home 6 personnes.) parfaite, avec un site superbe. Camping très bien entretenu. Tous les intervenants rencontrés aimables. Restaurant sur place bien pratique et tarifs maîtrises. Piscine intérieure agréable. Bémol, bain bouillonnant et sauna pas toujours activés, il faut demander. Pas de piscine extérieure et aucune activité, les deux étant décrites sur le site. Publicité mensongère ?

    Pour les familles je recommande vivement ce camping. Très propre il possède toutes les commodités même une sdb pour bebe avec baignoire table a langer . Les douches sont bien chaude .il y a la piscine terrain. De foot parc pour enfants tennis ping pont et bcp de jeux pour enfants . C est reposant et agréable. Nous avons tellement apprécié que nous pensons y retourner

    Camping très propre, situé un peu en altitude, donc beaucoup moins chaud, commerces à moins de 10mns, gare à 10mns. Comptez 45mns pour aller à Strasbourg Piscine couverte, malheureusement celle d'été n'a pas été mis en service restauration excellente et petits prix pour les enfants, 2 aires jeux pour les enfants, les tout petits et les plus grands, tennis, hamacs salle de jeux et espace détente japonais Seul bémol le Wi-Fi payant, mais très bonne qualité de réception du portable, donc ça va
