    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    A very pleasant, quiet campground; the staff is truly top-notch, and the manager is dedicated to his work, which makes the campground a very friendly place. The snack bar is really good—the pizzas are excellent.

    A family-friendly campground where life is good. It’s a quiet and peaceful place, just like the staff, who are very attentive and extremely kind.
    A pleasant surprise at the snack bar—the pizzas are excellent and much better than some of the pizza places in Vittel.
    A child-friendly campground with a family shower that was a big hit with our little guy. The accessible restrooms are also very much appreciated.

    Un camping familiale où il fait bon vivre. C'est un endroit calme et serein tout comme le personnel qui est au p'tit soin et extrêmement gentil.
    Agréable surprise sur la partie snak, les pizzas sont excellentes et bien meilleures que certains pizzaiolo de vittel.
    Un camping adapté aux enfants avec une douche famille qui a fait sensation auprès de notre petit bonhomme. Les toilettes adaptés sont aussi très appréciables.

    A small, simple, quiet campground—perfect for a spa retreat. The small pool is very popular on hot days.
    The staff is very friendly and does their best, but you can tell they’re understaffed, and the grounds aren’t being maintained (one children’s play area even seems abandoned—it’s dangerous).
    Be sure to specify the location of your mobile home when booking, because while some are very well situated, others are in a new area that’s in full sun and hard to access (nettles, rubble, no parking space). In short, there’s potential here, but they need to invest in it.
    On the plus side, a small bar has opened near the pool, serving pizzas baked on-site.

    Petit camping simple, calme, très bien pour une cure thermale. Petite piscine très appréciée par temps chaud.
    Le personnel est très aimable et fait de son mieux, mais on sent qu'il y a un problème d'effectif et l'entretien des espaces verts est oublié ( une zone de jeux pour enfants semble même à l'abandon, dangereux).
    Attention à préciser l'emplacement du mobil-home lors d'une réservation car si certains sont très bien placés, d'autres sont dans une nouvelle zone en plein soleil et peu accessible (orties, gravats, pas de place pour les voitures). Bref, Il y a du potentiel mais il faut y mettre des moyens.
    Point positif, ouverture d'un petit bar près de la piscine avec pizzas cuites sur place.
