What should have been a relaxing vacation for us ended up being a huge disappointment.
The campground was overcrowded and offered absolutely no peace or privacy. It felt more like a Dutch summer camp than a campground. Children were screaming from early in the morning until late at night at the playground and by the pond, with no visible supervision from their parents or campground staff. The sports facility for kids was a dusty mess.
The pool was far too small for the size of the campground; moreover, it wasn’t clean by the end of the afternoon, and there was a complete lack of supervision at the slide. This regularly led to dangerous situations.
The accommodations were also disappointing: a terrible bed, broken furniture, and a poor, incomplete inventory.
To our surprise, we couldn’t even use a debit card to pay for a drink or ice cream.
The Wi-Fi was extremely poor.
The staff was unfriendly, grumpy, and rude. As guests, we definitely did not feel welcome. I expect an AI-generated response below stating that we “should have reported our complaints during our stay.” We did report them, but given the way we were treated, it seemed to us that doing so would only guarantee a snide remark or a derogatory comment. That’s not what you’re looking for on vacation.

Wat voor ons een ontspannen vakantie had moeten worden, eindigde in een grote teleurstelling.
De camping was overvol en bood totaal geen rust of privacy. Het leek eerder op een Nederlands zomerkamp dan op een camping. Kinderen schreeuwde van 's ochtends vroeg tot 's avonds laat bij de speeltoestellen en aan de vijver, zonder enig zichtbaar toezicht van hun ouders of campingpersoneel. Sportfaciliteit voor de jeugd was een stoffige bende.
Het zwembad was veel te klein voor de omvang van de camping, bovendien niet schoon aan het einde van de middaf en bij de glijbaan ontbrak ieder toezicht. Hierdoor ontstonden regelmatig gevaarlijke situaties.
Ook de accommodatie stelde teleur: een verschrikkelijk bed, kapot meubilair en een slechte, onvolledige inventaris.
Tot onze verbazing kon er ook niet worden gepind voor een drankje of ijsje.
WiFi was uitermate slecht.
Het personeel was onvriendelijk, chagrijnig en onbeschoft. Wij voelden ons als gast absoluut niet welkom. Ik verwacht hieronder een AI gegenereerde reactie dat we onze klachten "tijdens het verblijf hadden moeten melden". Dit hebben we gedaan, gezien de manier waarop wij werden behandeld, leek ons dat vooral een garantie op een snauw of een denigrerende opmerking. Daar zit je tijdens je vakantie niet op te wachten.
Voor ons was dit geen vakantie, maar een week vol ergernis. Wij komen hier nooit meer terug en kunnen deze camping helaas niet aanbevelen. -

Prachtige camping, ruime staanplaatsen. Schoon. Ook de sanitairgebouwen zijn schoon. Voor langer verblijf zeer geschikt. De vuilcontainers staan wel wat ver af, maar dat heeft een schone camping tot gevolg. Personeel is vriendelijk.
