Guests praise the friendly and helpful staff and the beautiful, spacious tents that have recently been installed. The sanitary facilities are often described as outdated and insufficient, and there is less to do in the immediate surroundings, meaning activities often require a longer drive. We chose ArdenParks to extend our vacation and enjoy a few days with the family in a pleasant setting. Unfortunately, the experience was much more mixed than we had hoped.

We had booked a glamping tent for 8 people. The setting and location were pleasant, but several issues quickly spoiled our stay: noise disturbances at night and cleanliness problems (we found trash under the mattresses)—which is hardly acceptable for accommodations that are supposed to be ready to welcome guests.

The facilities also seemed outdated to us, particularly the pool, which clearly could use a makeover.

As for services, the dining options struck us as below average, with limited choices and a quality that didn’t impress us. As for the campground’s grocery store, the prices seemed exorbitant to us. (5 euros for a bag of Lays chips or 9 euros for coffee pods)

We brought up several of these issues during our stay and upon our departure. We even had to follow up multiple times to finally speak with someone, though we didn’t really feel that our comments were taken seriously.

We fully understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. However, that doesn’t make up for the inconveniences we actually experienced there.

It’s a shame, because the setting is pleasant and the accommodations had potential. Given the price we paid and the amenities advertised, we clearly expected a much higher-quality experience.

Warm welcome, comfortable beds, very quiet; could use some dining options and a few evening activities.
The bathroom is really very small and not practical at all...

Really nice tents with a beautiful view. The campground facilities for campers, however, are really lacking. There’s only one restroom for about 15 sites, and the shower is really old with loose tiles. I expect they’ll fix this soon, since the tents are brand new.

It really is a beautiful spot, though.
We stayed here for one night.

A wonderful campground with luxury tents. The four of us stayed in a six-person tent, which was so spacious it felt like a villa. Very friendly people, and from this quiet little village, it’s a great spot to explore the Ardennes. We highly recommend it.
