Staff are frequently praised for their friendliness, helpfulness and warm welcome. The location near the lake with access to cycle paths is mentioned as a major plus, as are the free activities such as canoeing, kayaking and archery. The covered heated pool is an attraction for families. Areas for improvement mainly concern the sanitary facilities, which are described as outdated and not always clean, as well as fluctuating swimming pool water temperatures.

Tent site with a clean toilet and shower, but no playground for kids—just two old slides, and nothing else. The pool wasn't very clean, and the area around it wasn't cleaned often. I used to love this campground, but now it's not the same. I won't be going back.

We’ve been going to this campground for 8 years now, and we’ve noticed that it’s losing its charm.
As for the staff, no complaints—the cleaning ladies clean the restrooms morning and night.
The man in charge of campground maintenance is always smiling, always available, and attentive to the residents.
As for the campground manager, she’s not at all polite—she might walk past us 10 times without even saying hello. We felt like we were a nuisance throughout our entire stay.
The only time we heard her speak was to complain about people using the pool without really knowing who was at fault.
Because of this, she boasted out loud that she would close the pool the following morning
, and that she was just waiting for that so she could have some peace and quiet.
    This really bothered me personally.
As for the restaurant, we showed up at noon to order two portions of fries to go, but we were turned away even though there weren’t many people there.
We noticed that the restaurant managers gave priority to people from outside the campground rather than residents, which is a real shame. That’s why we preferred to have a drink at the water sports center, which is located right next to the campground.
In conclusion, this campground, which used to be so family-friendly and welcoming back in Marie’s day (the manager a few years ago), has lost some of its charm. There are no longer any activities for children within the campground.

A great campground, but the ground is covered with pebbles, which makes it difficult to drive in the tent stakes.
