    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    I highly recommend Haliotis Seasonova in Pontorson. Our lodge was top notch! Like new. Spacious, tastefully decorated, clean, with everything you need to feel good. A dressing room in the bedroom! Comforter covers! Chilean chairs for chilling out! We were really delighted! Not to mention the pool and the little bimbos, so cute! And don't forget the warm welcome! Un dressing dans la chambre! Des housses de couette! Des chiliennes pour chiller! Vraiment on était enchanté! Sans parler de la piscine et des ptites biquettes, trop choupinettes!     We came by truck for 2 nights in April 2026, quiet campsite, well located, clean and functional toilets!
