    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

Guests appreciate the friendly staff and the modern, well-maintained sanitary facilities that are cleaned multiple times daily. The covered swimming pool, restaurant, and spacious pitches separated by hedges contribute to a pleasant experience, although some guests find the pitches rather small and the prices high. The campsite is within walking distance of the charming Merville-Franceville-Plage and serves as an excellent base for exploring the Normandy coast and D-Day landing beaches.

    Lovely campsite in a beautiful location!

    Caen and other nearby cities are just a 20- minute drive away, and the beach is only a 5 to 10 minute stroll from the campsite.

    The sanitary facilities are very clean! A small tip for future guests: camping spots closer to the beach require a slightly longer walk to the restroom blocks. We reached out ahead of time to request a shaded spot, and the staff accommodated us perfectly. Do note that some pitches are a bit uneven, so keep that in mind when setting up. :)

    We also really enjoyed the fresh bread service in the morning; having warm baguettes and croissants ready for breakfast was a great plus!
    The pool area is pristine and very well-kept.

    However, we wouldn't really recommend the bar/snackbar area. It lacked a cosy terrace atmosphere and felt a bit hidden away, making it feel uninviting to sit down for a drink, though that might have just been our experience :)

    An excellent base for a relaxing beach holiday and for exploring the beautiful region of Normandy!

    So, everyone, here’s our impression: The reception staff speaks English very well. At first, we were disappointed that we didn’t have a front-row spot. We booked six months in advance. The campground makes a solid impression. The washhouse was clean. If you look up, the cobwebs could definitely use a good cleaning. The two goats were very cute. What I noticed at our campsite: People were peeing in the bushes, and the dogs were running around freely. I also noticed that whenever someone checked out, a staff member would come by to check the site. Great. We love the ocean, which was safe thanks to the lifeguards. We didn’t use the pool. The opportunities to explore the area by bike are also great. We’d love to come back, but only if we can get a spot in the front row. Oh, and the pizza place across the street serves delicious food.

    So ihr Lieben hier unserer Eindruck: Rezeption spricht sehr gut Englisch. zuerst waren wir enttäuscht, dass wir nicht erste Reihe gestanden haben. 6 Monate vorher gebucht. Der Campingplatz macht einen soliden Eindruck. Im Waschhaus war es sauber. Wenn man nach oben guckt, könnten die Spinnenweben durchaus entfernt werden. Die zwei Ziegen waren sehr süß. Was ich bei unserem Stellplatz beobachtet habe: Pipi wurde in die Büsche gemacht und die Hunde liefen frei. Was ich auch beobachtet habe, wenn eine Abreise war, kam ein Mitarbeiter um die Parzelle anzuschauen. Top. Wir lieben das Meer, was durch die Liveguards sicher war. den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt. Toll sind auch die Möglichkeiten mit dem Fahrrad die Gegend zu erkunden. Gerne kommen wir wieder, dann aber nur in der ersten Reihe. Ach der Pizzabäcker gegenüber macht lecker Essen

    A wonderful campground that we’ve been visiting regularly since our daughter Victoire was born, and where our 18-year-old German Shepherd joined us every time until he passed away 6 months ago. We love the warm welcome and friendliness at the front desk, the cleanliness of the restrooms, the layout of the campground, and the convenient access to the beach. Our daughter loves the wooden playground in the center of the campground and the spotlessly clean pool. We’ll be coming back again and again. Thank you for these moments of happiness.

    Très bon camping dans lequel nous venons régulièrement depuis la naissance de notre fille Victoire, et dans lequel notre berger allemand de 18 ans nous a accompagné à chaque fois jusqu'à son décès il y a 6 mois. Adorons l'accueil et la gentillesse à la réception, la propreté des sanitaires, l'agencement du camping et l'accès privilégié à la plage, notre fille adore les jeux en bois au centre du camping et la piscine d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous y retournerons encore et encore. Merci à vous pour ces moments de bonheur .
