    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

The campsite is within walking distance of the charming Merville-Franceville-Plage and serves as an excellent base for exploring the Normandy coast and D-Day landing beaches.

    In and of itself, a beautifully situated campground with a great, wide beach. The campsites are relatively well-maintained, generously sized, and the restrooms are clean.
    However: most of the camping sites are uneven and sandy, without any gravel stabilization, so that the support wheel sank in quite a bit. The water for the showers is only … lukewarm, as is the water for washing dishes. The staff was very helpful, but didn’t know that they had premium sites available and weren’t sure which sites were actually still open. We were allowed to go pick a spot, though, and found a suitable one that, for some reason, was available😊.

    An sich ein sehr schön gelegener Campingplatz mit tollem weiten Strand. Relativ gepflegte, groß kalkulierte Campingbuchten und sauberen Waschhäuschen.
    Aber: die C.buchten sind zum Großteil uneben, sandig ohne Kiesstabilisierung, dass das Stützrad weit einsank.Das Wasser für Dusche isr mäßig warm, ebenso zum Spülen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, wusste aber nicht, dass sie Komfortplätze haben und nicht, welche Plätze tatsächlich noch frei waren. Wir durften aber auswählen gehen und entdeckten einen passenden Platz, der unbekannterweise frei war😊.

    A nice campground, beautifully laid out, especially for kids. However, it was very expensive for what you got. Still, we were able to enjoy our stay at the campground with access to the ocean…

    Give it a pass. When I made my reservation, I specifically asked if there were any activities planned for the last week of August... With activity leaders... I was assured that there would be.... We came with three teenagers. No supervision at the pool. No evening activities. A bingo night was planned.... Canceled at the last minute. The karaoke … night was a total flop. The mobile home was in a good location but barely clean. There was a urine smell in the bathrooms. Crumbs in the cupboards.... Our first experience on the Côte Fleurie.... We’re used to going to campgrounds in the Manche region during this same time of year, and our grandchildren have always had a great time there. And the campgrounds are cheaper.... We won’t be coming back....

    Passez votre chemin. Lors de ma réservation j'ai bien demandé si la dernière semaine d'août des activités étaient proposées.... Avec animateurs.... On m'a assuré que oui.... Venus avec 3 ados. Aucune surveillance à la piscine. Aucune activité le soir. Un loto prévu.... Annulé en dernière minute. Soirée karaoké flop complet. Mobil home bien placé mais limite propre. Odeur urine dans les toilettes. Miettes dans les placards.... Première expérience sur la côte fleurie.... Avons l'habitude de partir dans des campings dans la Manche à cette même période et nos petits-enfants se sont toujours amusés. Et campings moins chers.... Nous ne reviendrons pas....
