    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    A campground right on the beach. The sites are fairly spacious and clearly marked. There’s a pool and a playground for kids. We had peaceful nights despite the immediate proximity of the restrooms and the goat pen. Cabourg is within biking distance, which makes for a nice little ride.

    Camping au bord de la plage. Les emplacements sont assez spacieux et délimités. Piscine, aire des jeux pour les enfants. Nos nuits ont été calmes malgré la proximité immédiate des sanitaires et de l'enclos des chèvres. Cabourg accessible à vélo, ce qui constitue une belle petite promenade.

    What a wonderful find! The location with direct access to the beach is incredible, but it’s also just a 5-minute bike ride from Orme Bay and its seals 🦭Just a quick note to thank the whole team for their warm welcome—they gave us tons of tips on the area 🙏🏼
    You can rent bikes right at the campground, the breakfasts are more than generous, and … the best part… there’s a sauna and a hot tub available by reservation—what a treat after a busy day exploring the area 😍
    In short, it’s a favorite spot, and we’re already planning to come back soon! Maybe in the summer to enjoy the pool? 🧐
    Our dogs are always welcome at Seasonova, and most of the vacationers are dog parents 🐶

    Une très belle découverte ! L’emplacement avec accès direct sur la plage est incroyable mais on est aussi à 5min en vélo de la baie de l’Orme et ses phoques 🦭Un petit message pour l’accueil de toute l’équipe qui nous a donné pleins de conseils sur les environs 🙏🏼
    Vous avez des vélos directement disponible à la location au camping, des petits déjeuners + que généreux et le must.. il y a un sauna et un jacuzzi à disposition sur réservation, quel bonheur après une journée bien chargée en découverte des environs 😍
    Bref un coup de coeur, où nous envisageons déjà de revenir vite ! Peut être en été pour profiter de la piscine ? 🧐
    Nos chiens sont toujours bien accueilli chez Seasonova et la plupart des vacanciers sont dogparents 🐶

    The campground, which offers direct beach access, also features sites with their own restroom facilities; these sites are a bit more spacious, especially for RVs. Some spots in the third row are a bit harder to access with large RVs. The restroom facilities were clean and had everything we needed. Baguettes and bread are available in the morning.

    Der Campingplatz mit direktem Strandzugang bietet auch Parzellen mit eigenem Sanitärhaus, diese Plätze sind gerade fuer Gespanne etwas geräumiger. Einige Plätze in der ersten Reihe mit grossen Wohnwagen sind etwas schlechter anzufahren. Die sanitären Einrichtungen waren sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Baguette und Brot ist morgens zu bekomme.
    Insgesamt fanden wir den Platz sehr gut.

    We spent 4 days at this campground in September in our RV. The facilities were great—top-notch ++++. The only downside was that the site was dirt and sand, but I recommend it because it’s close to the ocean and just 900 m from the shops via the beach—it’s fantastic. The front desk staff were friendly.
