    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    We had a really great time here. Even the reception was extremely warm and friendly - you immediately feel welcome. The entire campsite makes an extremely well-kept, clean and well-planned impression. The pitches & comfort: The normal pitches are really huge and offer plenty of space. A big plus point is that fresh water, waste water (gray water) and electricity are included in the price directly at the pitch - you don't get that everywhere. If you are looking for an absolute comfort upgrade: there are fantastic premium pitches here that are equipped with their own shower, toilet, dishwashing facilities and even a private outdoor kitchen. Pure luxury for campers! Highlights on the pitch: The swimming pool is a real highlight. Even in cold outside temperatures, it is heated to a pleasant 26 °C, so you can always enjoy a relaxing swim. In the evening, the cozy bar area invites you to end the day with a drink. Conclusion: An all-round successful, clean and very well-kept campsite that we will definitely visit again. As we liked the site so much, I also made a detailed video about it.     Wir haben hier eine wirklich tolle Zeit verbracht. Schon der Empfang war überaus herzlich und sympathisch – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Der gesamte Campingplatz macht einen extrem gepflegten, sauberen und gut durchdachten Eindruck. Die Parzellen & Komfort: Die normalen Stellplätze sind schon richtig riesig und bieten jede Menge Platz. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist, dass Frischwasser, Abwasser (Grauwasser) und Strom direkt an der Parzelle im Preis inklusive sind – das hat man auch nicht überall. Wer das absolute Komfort-Upgrade sucht: Es gibt hier fantastische Premium-Plätze, die mit einer eigenen Dusche, eigenem WC, Spülmöglichkeiten und sogar einer privaten Außenküche ausgestattet sind. Luxus pur für Camper! Highlights auf dem Platz: Ein echtes Highlight ist das Schwimmbad. Selbst bei kalten Außentemperaturen ist es auf angenehme 26 °C beheizt, sodass man immer entspannt schwimmen gehen kann. Abends lädt der gemütliche Barbereich dazu ein, den Tag bei einem Getränk ausklingen zu lassen. Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener, sauberer und sehr gepflegter Platz, den wir definitiv wieder ansteuern werden. Da uns der Platz so gut gefallen hat, habe ich auch ein ausführliches Video dazu gedreht.     Stayed here on a cycling trip with my daughter and it ticked every box. Customer service was excellent — warm, helpful, and attentive. The site has animals which the kids love, plus a good range of activities to keep them entertained. The morning baguette delivery is a lovely touch that sets the tone for the day. The swimming pool is brilliant — clean, well-maintained, and a perfect wind-down after a long ride. Showers were high quality and consistently clean, and our pitch had good shade — perfect after a hot day in the saddle. The location itself is fantastic for cyclists. A genuinely well-run campsite. Would recommend without hesitation.
