The heated swimming pool is particularly suitable for young children and is described as clean and pleasant, but some guests find it on the small side or too cold.

Very disappointing experience. Our car broke down unexpectedly, leaving us stranded for several hours. We immediately contacted the campsite, but despite explaining the situation, they showed zero flexibility or willingness to help. No alternative, no solution, no understanding. simply “the gate is closed at 7 PM.”
We had cancellation … insurance through the campsite, so we expected to get our money back. However, the campsite sends you to an external insurance company and leaves you to deal with everything yourself. We are still waiting for our money and have received absolutely no response from the insurance company. When we contacted the campsite again, they simply sent us back to the same company.
Extremely poor service, unfriendly communication and absolutely no effort to help. Things go wrong when travelling, what matters is how you deal with them. Unfortunately, this campsite clearly doesn’t care.
