    Cancellation Policy


    Cancellation of a reservation must be communicated to the provider by e-mail.

    There are costs associated with a cancellation.

    • If cancelled up to the 42nd day (excluding) before the day of departure: the deposit;
    • for cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of departure: 60% of the travel sum;
    • for cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) to the day of departure: 90% of the travel sum;- for cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the full travel sum. It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance for this purpose.

    Changes, other than location and rental period, can be communicated to the provider at least 2 weeks before arrival. No fees will be charged for changes.

    Please note: Changes in accommodation are subject to cancellation.

  • Payment information

    5.1 The 30% deposit must be paid within 8 days of booking.

    5.2 The balance of 70% of the total amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

    5.3 For bookings made within 6 weeks before arrival, the total travel sum must be paid immediately.

    5.4 If payment is not made on time, Lodgeholidays has the right, after a reminder by e-mail, to cancel the booking, in which case the principal of the reservation will be held liable for the cancellation.

    5.5 In case of negligent payment, the principal of the reservation shall be liable for all judicial and extrajudicial costs and possible interest.

    In itself a fine and not too big campsite. The place we had was spacious (not for nothing an XL place) and the places were kept clean. There are many regulars, who presumably love it, nothing wrong with that, but we felt like a bit of a stranger. Separately you do talk to some people at the campsite and they are friendly, but still there was no click. We also noticed this with the children, who normally have friends within 2 minutes, but not here. What did not help is that our neighbor smoked, about every 10 minutes a shaggie. So we were in his smoke all day. At the pool there was this nuisance because of the smoke on the adjacent terrace of the restaurant and the jeu de boules court. Not nice, especially with children. The pool was okay, but the children noticed that the water was less clear than at previous campsites. Along the wall of the pool hung a long tarp with a picture of a tropical island. Probably beautiful when it was just hanging there, but was now faded and that does detract from the experience. Also quite a few (young) people baking by the pool all day. 3km away is a nice swimming lake. Recommended. Internet at the campsite is not best (presumably at the bar/reception is); mobile internet also not. The kids club tent is in a dilapidated state. No idea if anything happens there, but it didn't look like that. However, the playground is neatly maintained with beautifully cut grass. Nice that the Dutch owner provides and guides canoe trips. He clearly does his best. And admittedly, the seasonal party with buffet for about 180 people is a blast. Good food, good band! For many people probably a very nice and pleasant campsite, but for us reason to move on to the next one a little faster.

    Op zich een prima en niet te grote camping. De plek die we hadden was ruim (niet voor niets een XL plek) en de plaatsen werden netjes bijgehouden. Er staan veel vaste gasten, die het vermoedelijk helemaal fantastisch vinden, niets mis mee, maar wij voelden ons een wat vreemde eend in de bijt. Afzonderlijk spreek je wel wat mensen op de camping en die zijn vriendelijk, maar toch was er geen klik. Dat merkten we ook aan de kinderen, die hebben normaal in 2 minuten vriendjes, hier niet. Wat niet meehielp is dat onze buurman rookte, ongeveer iedere 10 minuten een shaggie. Wij zaten dus de hele dag in zijn rook. Bij het zwembad was die overlast er door de rook op het naastgelegen terras van het restaurant en de jeu de boules baan. Niet fijn, zeker niet met kinderen. Het zwembad was oké, maar de kinderen viel op dat het water minder helder was dan bij de vorige campings. Langs de muur van het zwembad hing een lang zeil met afbeelding van een tropisch eiland. Waarschijnlijk prachtig toen ie er net hing, maar was nu verbleekt en dat doet toch afbreuk aan de ervaring. Ook best wat (jonge) mensen die de hele dag bij het zwembad liggen bakken. Op 3km afstand zit een leuk zwemmeer. Aanrader. Internet op de camping is niet best (vermoedelijk bij de bar/receptie wel); mobiel internet ook niet. De kidsclub-tent staat er maar vervallen bij. Geen idee of daar iets gebeurd, maar zo zag het er niet uit. Wel wordt de speeltuin netjes bijgehouden met prachtig gemaaid gras. Wel leuk dat de Nederlandse eigenaar oa kanotrips verzorgd en begeleid. Hij doet duidelijk zijn best. En toegegeven, het seizoenfeest met buffet voor ca 180 man is een knalfeest. Lekker eten, goede band! Voor veel mensen vast een hele leuke en fijne camping, maar voor ons reden om iets versneld door te gaan naar een volgende.

    Superb family campsite with everything you need! They welcome a lot of Dutch people, so the restaurant menu is somewhat adapted, but not exclusively! Excellent cuisine and a warm welcome We stayed in a safari lodge, which was a great experience, and the bathroom and toilet are top-notch! The swimming pool is sufficient!
