Tent Sweet - 5 persons

Beautiful location, but the pool is awful. It feels like I'm at the beach—there are floats, inflatable toys, and balls everywhere. It's impossible to swim in peace. This is the first time I've seen this; normally, it's not allowed. I'm really disappointed. I visit Huttopia every year, but I'm going to have to find somewhere else to stay. What a shame.

A pleasant campground in Sarlat. We stayed in a "Toronto" cabin and were very comfortable. We spent a week visiting nearby towns and spending our afternoons at the campground’s pool. They had a heated indoor pool for when the weather is bad (which wasn’t the case for us). The staff was friendly both at the front desk and at the bar. The only “downside” would be the distance to town—it’s a bit far to walk with kids, and the way back is uphill (it’s a 2-minute drive, which is much more comfortable, or you can also go by bike, keeping in mind the climb back).

A very warm welcome. The staff were naturally very kind and friendly. They put everyone in a good mood.
The place has a natural feel to it, and everything is clean.
We felt very comfortable there.

A campground with a large capacity, which leads to noise and inconsiderate behavior.
However, it’s ideally located for visiting Sarlat.
The restrooms were clean and functional.
The staff was welcoming and helpful.
Our spot wasn’t great (but I chose it). I hadn’t noticed there was crushed fruit attracting wasps and hornets.
The large pool was clean.
It was very noisy in the evenings, especially at the bar/snack bar.
38 e for 2 adults and a van for one night. That’s excessive for the service—but then again, it is Huttopia.
