I made a reservation at this campground for two nights. Since my mother passed away suddenly, I called to cancel (I had purchased cancellation insurance). The front desk told me that wasn’t possible. I finally managed to submit the cancellation request on my own: out of the 120 euros I paid, 30 euros in service fees were non-refundable. I’m very disappointed—they clearly lack business sense.
