    We stayed at La Canadienne Campground when it reopened after the forest fires last July. We had made our reservation two days before our arrival. The staff was very friendly, and we were upgraded to a very comfortable mobile home. Our stay went very smoothly.
    It’s a small but quiet campground with clean and adequate facilities. The restaurant … is good, with reasonable prices and plenty of choices.
    Plus, it’s in a great location in Arès, just a 1-km walk from downtown and close to the bike path.
    I highly recommend this campground if you want to avoid the big, crowded ones!

    Nous avons séjourné au camping La Canadienne lors de sa réouverture après les feux de forêt de juillet dernier. Nous avions réservé deux jours avant notre arrivée. L’équipe était très sympathique et nous avons été surclassés dans un mobil-home très confortable. Le séjour s’est très bien déroulé.
    Camping de petite taille, mais silencieux, avec des infrastructures propres et correctes. Le restaurant est bon, à des prix raisonnables et avec du choix.
    De plus, il est très bien situé à Arès, à 1 km à pied du centre et à proximité de la piste cyclable.
    Je ne peux que recommander ce camping si vous voulez vous tenir à l’écart des gros campings !

    We had a wonderful stay in Arès as a family—or rather, as a “tribe,” since there were 9 adults and 10 children. It’s a family-friendly, intimate campground with plenty of trees, a large pool, a playground, and a small, safe soccer field. We took advantage of all the activities: Pilates, rock climbing, beachcombing, pétanque, and a sculpture and … casting workshop.
    The mobile homes were perfectly equipped with high-quality amenities and even had air conditioning.
    We have truly wonderful memories, thanks to the warm and friendly staff—both when we made the reservation and throughout our stay.
    And the best part—renting from Wednesday to Wednesday—was perfect for attending a wedding on Saturday and also avoiding weekend traffic jams.

    Un excellent séjour à Arès en famille ou plutôt en mode tribu comme nous étions 9 adultes et 10 enfants. Camping familial et à taille humaine, arboré avec une grande piscine, une aire de jeux et un petit terrain de foot sécurisé. Nous avons profité de toutes les activités, pilâtes, escalade, pêche à pied, pétanque et atelier sculpture moulage.
    L’équipement des mobil-homes était parfait et de qualité et en plus avec la climatisation.
    Vraiment de très bons souvenirs avec une suite accueillante et souriante tant au moment de la réservation que pendant le séjour.
    Et le plus location du mercredi au mercredi c’était parfait pour aller à un mariage le samedi et aussi éviter les bouchons sur les routes pendant le week-end
