  Changing your stay Unless otherwise specified in the Special Conditions of each campsite, the following provisions apply in the event of a change to your stay. You may submit a request to change the dates and/or the type of accommodation of your stay at our campsite, provided your request is received by us via email at least 21 days before the original arrival date. You must then book a new stay at our campsite in the same season as the originally planned stay, subject to availability and applicable prices. Your original stay can only be changed once. If you are unable to take up the replacement stay, this will be considered as cancelled and the amounts paid will not be refunded. If the cost of the replacement stay is higher than that of the original stay, you must pay the difference. If you do not do so, the replacement stay will be considered as cancelled and our cancellation terms as set out below will apply. If the cost of the replacement holiday is lower than the original, we will retain the difference as compensation for the loss suffered as a result of changing the holiday.

  Cancellation of the stay Unless otherwise stated in the Special Conditions of each campsite, the following provisions apply in case of cancellation.

  Cancellation by you Any cancellation must be communicated to us in writing via a valid medium (by email, registered letter with confirmation of receipt, etc.) ● If your email or registered letter is received more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit, reservation fees paid, and, if applicable, any cancellation insurance premiums paid, will be retained by the campsite. ● If your letter is submitted between the 30th and 15th day before your arrival, the deposit, the reservation fees paid at the time of booking, and, if applicable, the cancellation insurance paid at the time of booking will be retained by the campsite; the remainder of the cost of your stay will be credited toward your next stay at the campsite, which must be booked within one year from the date of your original stay. If you booked your stay less than 30 days before the arrival date and your cancellation letter is submitted 15 days or more before this date, the amounts corresponding to the deposit, the reservation fees, and any premium for any cancellation insurance taken out, as referred to in Article 2 of these General Conditions, will be retained by the campsite; for the remaining amount, a voucher will be issued that can be used for a future stay at the campsite, which must be booked in the same season as the cancelled stay or in the following season. ● If your letter is submitted less than 15 days before the arrival date, all costs already paid to the campsite will be retained by the campsite. To receive possible compensation, we recommend that you take out cancellation or interruption insurance when booking.

  Notwithstanding the above, ● if your cancellation is due to the fact that you live in an area where, on the starting date of your stay, a lockdown measure is in effect that prevents residents from travelling to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the amount of the deposit paid, the reservation fees paid, and, if applicable, the cancellation insurance premiums paid will be retained by the campsite; the remainder will be credited towards your next stay at the campsite, which must be booked within one year from the date of your original stay. This also applies if your cancellation letter is sent to us less than 15 days before the start of your stay; ● if your cancellation is due to force majeure, that is, an unforeseeable, unavoidable, and external event (beyond your control), all amounts paid by you will be refunded.

  Cancellation by the campsite If we are forced to cancel a booking confirmed to you, we will inform you as soon as possible by email; the amounts paid will be fully refunded within a period specified in the Special Conditions for each campsite.

  Cancellation insurance Our prices do not include travel insurance. This is optional and can be offered in the Special Conditions.

• Payment information

  All reservation requests must be accompanied by:

  the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay, together with the cost of the services reserved, including VAT and, if applicable, also including tourist tax. However, the campsite may apply a different amount, which will be indicated in the Special Conditions, the payment of booking fees, the amount of which is specified in the Special Conditions for each campsite, cancellation insurance, if taken out. The reservation is only binding upon receipt by you of the written confirmation by e-mail, which summarizes all the information regarding your stay.

  The amount of the stay, together with the cost of the services booked, including VAT, and if applicable, the tourist tax, must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. If the balance is not paid by the aforementioned deadline, the stay will be considered cancelled and our cancellation policy as described below will apply.

  All reservations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless more favorable terms may be mentioned.
