Park 670 is beautifully situated in the heart of a protected forest area with chênes verts, just minutes' walk from the beach and ocean. Guests praise the exceptional location with plenty of shade under the trees, the tranquillity and the sound of the waves. Staff are described as exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming, with a warm reception and good local knowledge. Sanitary facilities are cleaned regularly and experienced as very clean, although they sometimes show signs of use. The range of activities such as archery, tree climbing, beach yoga and evening concerts is appreciated, as are the pizzas and the cosy bar.

    Actually, after our stay last June, this was supposed to be a repeat of the wonderful time we had there. Unfortunately, the situation we encountered in September was completely different.
    The campground was completely overcrowded; there was virtually no privacy. Due to the overcrowding, the cleaning staff in the restroom areas were stretched to … their limits; strangely enough, despite the overcrowding, some areas were not even open.
    And the welcome we received upon arrival wasn’t nearly as friendly as we’re used to at Huttopia.
    In hindsight, we were glad we hadn’t made a reservation—that way, we were able to leave the campground the next day.

    Eigentlich sollte dies nach unserem Aufenthalt im Juni letzten Jahres eine Wiederholung der schönen Zeit werden, die wir dort verbrachten. Leider hat sich uns nun im September ein völlig anderes Bild geboten.
    Der Platz war völlig überfüllt, es gibt nahezu keine Privatsphäre. Aufgrund der Vollheit kam das Reinigungspersonal im Sanitärbereich an seine Grenzen, merkwürdigerweise waren außerdem trotz der Vollheit einige Bereiche nicht geöffnet.
    Und auch der Empfang bei unserer Ankunft war nicht halb so freundlich, wie wir es von Huttopia gewohnt sind.
    Im Nachhinein waren wir froh dass wir nicht reserviert hatten, so konnten wir am nächsten Tag den Platz verlassen.

    We’re a little disappointed because the campground is very crowded, with little space for each person. It’s located in the middle of a forest of holm oaks, which is very beautiful. The beach, however, is disappointing because you can only reach the water by walking 50–100 meters over rocky ground. There’s no place to swim, as you’d expect on an … Atlantic beach. There are a few nicer beaches nearby, but you have to get there by bike or car. Unfortunately, this Huttopia campground doesn’t have a pool either. It’s a real shame—we had expected something different.

    Wir sind etwas enttäuscht, denn der Campingplatz ist sehr dicht belegt, wenig Platz für jeden. Er liegt inmitten eines Waldes aus Steineichen, was sehr schön ist. Der Strand ist allerdings enttäuschend, denn ans Wasser kommt man nur wenn man 50-100m über Felsgrund marschiert. Keine Bademöglichkeit, wie man das an einem Atlantikstrand erwarten würde. Es gibt ein paar schönere Strände in der Nähe, aber da muss man mit Fahrrad oder Auto hinfahren. Einen Pool hat dieser Huttopia Platz leider auch nicht. Sehr schade, wir hatten was anderes erwartet.

    A beautifully situated campground with natural, shaded campsites. When we were there, it was pleasantly quiet, and it was a wonderful place to relax. There’s a lovely swimming beach right nearby, and about 15 minutes away (by bike) are expansive sandy beaches that are also perfect for surfing. The staff was always friendly. The play area with a … volleyball court was an absolute highlight for our kids (right by the sea).

    The option to order croissants, baguettes, and other treats for breakfast was very convenient, and we always enjoyed them.

    Unfortunately, we also have a few criticisms:

    - Getting to our campsite with our trailer was quite an adventure because the paths are very narrow and extremely bumpy in places. Our trailer almost tipped over in the process.

    - Although the washrooms were cleaned regularly, there were numerous cobwebs on the walls with insects in them—and they certainly didn’t appear overnight. The shower walls were also quite dirty and were obviously not cleaned daily. Unfortunately, there were also some showers that didn’t get warm—very annoying.

    - Unfortunately, the showers weren’t separately lit, so if you wanted to shower at dusk, you could hardly see anything inside the stalls.

    Wunderschön gelegener Campingplatz, mit naturbelassenen, schattigen Stellplätzen. Als wir dort waren, war es entspannt ruhig und man konnte sich wunderbar erholen. In direkter Nähe befindet sich ein schöner Badestrand, etwa 15 Minuten (mit dem Rad) entfernt sind weitläufige Sandstrände, die auch perfekt zum Surfen sind. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Der Spielbereich mit Volleyballfeld war für unsere Kinder (neben dem Meer) ein absolutes Highlight.

    Die Möglichkeit fürs Frühstück Croissant, Baguette und weitere Leckereien zu bestellen war sehr praktisch und uns hat's immer gut geschmeckt.

    Leider haben wir aber auch ein paar Kritikpunkte:

    - Die Zufahrt zu unserem Stellplatz war mit unserem Wohnwagen abenteuerlich, weil die Wege teilweise sehr eng und extrem uneben sind. Dabei wäre unser Wohnwagen beinahe umgefallen.

    - Die Waschhäuser wurden zwar regelmäßig gereinigt, allerdings waren an den Wänden zahlreiche Spinnweben mit Insekten, die dort nicht über Nacht entstanden sind. Die Duschwände waren ebenfalls ziemlich dreckig und wurden offensichtlich nicht täglich gereinigt. Leider gab es auch einige Duschen, die nicht warm wurden - sehr lästig.

    - Die Duschen waren leider nicht extra beleuchtet, wenn man also bei Dämmerung duschen wollte, hat man in den Kabinen kaum etwas gesehen.

    This beautiful campground does have a few drawbacks, though.
    We stayed at this campground in our RV.
    The lower part of the campground is very sandy and difficult to walk or drive on.
    There is only one chemical toilet disposal station on the fairly large site.
    The lack of internet reception anywhere on the site—except at the entrance—is … absolutely outdated.
    The safety notice regarding the current wildfire risk is poorly placed behind the reception desk, where it can’t be seen; I find this very negligent and incomprehensible.

    Dieser schöne Platz hat doch einige Mängel.
    Wir waren mit dem Wohnmobil auf diesem Campingplatz.
    Der untere Teil des Platzes ist sehr sandig schlecht begehbar und befahrbar.
    Auf dem recht grossen Platz gibt es nur eine Chemie WC Entsorgung.
    Auf dem ganzen Platz kein Internet empfang mit Ausnahme beim Eingang ist absolut nicht mehr Zeit gemäss.
    Der Sichheitshinweis zum Stand der Waldbrand Gefahr hängt schlecht platziert hinter der Reception da wird er nicht gesehen finde ich sehr nachlässig und unverständlich.
