General information

This accommodation from 2020 is 24 m² in size and suitable for up to four people. The accommodation has a practical layout with a living area, kitchenette, two separate bedrooms and a covered wooden terrace.

Inside you will find a compact living space with a kitchen in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with a sink with hot and cold water, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker and crockery.

There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed of 140 x 190 cm. The other bedroom is furnished with two single beds of 80 x 190 cm. Pillows and blankets are provided.

The accommodation does not have its own bathroom. Guests use the shared sanitary facilities at the campsite.

Outside there is a covered wooden terrace with garden furniture.

The car can be parked at the accommodation. Pets are allowed under conditions.

    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

This campsite is beautifully situated on the banks of the Lot, surrounded by greenery and shade, creating a peaceful and natural atmosphere. Guests particularly appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, who are attentive and welcoming. The location is ideal: within walking distance of the centre of Saint Geniez d'Olt and with direct access to the river for water sports and walks. Areas for improvement mainly concern the swimming pool (too small, concrete bottom, water play features broken), the maintenance of sanitary facilities and green spaces, and the limited entertainment programme.

    This was our third year visiting, and we were disappointed with the condition of the cabins. There was no lighting in the bedrooms except for bedside lamps plugged into an extension cord connected to an outlet in the neighboring room. The cabin was locked with a padlock that had a tiny key and a chain....The bunk bed creaked every time my son turned over—it was unbearable! The grounds maintenance leaves much to be desired; brambles were growing out of the bushes on our site. The second tennis court still had no net. The pool had torn sunshades and broken lounge chairs. The location is really nice—quiet and shaded—but it’s clearly not a 4-star resort....

    3 e année que nous venions et nous avons été déçus de l'état des chalets. Pas de lumière dans les chambres à part des lampes de chevets reliées par une rallonge à la prise de la chambre voisine. Le chalet se fermait avec un cadenas à clé minuscule et une chaîne....Le lit superposé couinait dès que mon fils se tournait c'était insupportable ! L'entretien des espaces verts laisse à désirer, des ronces sortaient des buissons sur notre emplacement. Le second terrain de tennis toujours sans filet. La piscine avec les pare-soleils déchirés , des transats cassés . Le lieu est très chouette, calme, ombragé mais ce n'est clairement pas un 4 étoiles....

    Summer 2026: We returned because the property was taken over by the Seasonova Group. Very disappointing in many ways. The reservation email stated a check-in time of 2:00 p.m. ... The door was locked, and the front desk didn’t open until 3:00 p.m.!!!
    The pool was in very poor condition and black. The gravel surfacing is coming loose everywhere.
    No safety measures for the pool access gate—it was broken, allowing children free access.
    Broken shade canopies...
    No maintenance of the vegetation anywhere on the campground. Left to run wild. Too bad. No restaurant anymore—just a snack bar.
    It’s a pleasant place with great potential.
    Very disappointing for a takeover by a group like Seasonova.

    Summer 2023: Very nice campground with lots of potential. Nice pool, clean restrooms. Many unkempt campsites and hedges. Good for kids because there are lots of activities and games. Major flaws at the campground: lax enforcement of the curfew after evening events, so it gets very noisy; no supervision at the pool. People eat there, walk around in their shoes, and go into the pool with them—not to mention floats, inflatable mattresses, and the like—which you constantly have to dodge. Too bad.

    Été 2026: retournés car repris par le Groupe Seasonova. Très décevant sur de nombreux points. Mail de réservation stipulant l heure d arrivée à 14h ... Porte close et réception ouverte à 15h !!!
    Piscine très abîmée et noire. Les gravillons de revêtement se détachent de partout.
    Aucune sécurité pour la barrière d accès piscine, celle ci étant cassée , libre accès pour les enfants.
    Toiles d ombragé cassées...
    Aucun entretien de la végétation dans l ensemble du camping. Laisse à l état sauvage.dommage. plus de resto uniquement snack.
    Lieux étant agréable avec un gros potentiel.
    Très décevant pour une reprise d un groupe comme Seasonova.

    Été 2023: Très beau camping avec bcp de potentiel. Piscine agréable, sanitaires propres.Nombreux Emplacements et haies non entretenues. Bien pour les enfants car bcp d activités et de jeux. Gros défauts du camping: laxisme sur le couvre feu après soirée donc très bruyant, aucune surveillance sur la piscine.Les gens y mangent, circulent à chaussures et vont dans la piscines avec celles-ci sans compter bouées, matelas gonflables... qu il faut sans cesse éviter. Dommage

    4-star campground?
    The grounds could use better maintenance: trim the hedges, remove the leftovers from previous rentals lying around in a corner, the tennis courts aren’t maintained, the playground equipment by the pool doesn’t work, and some umbrellas are unusable but are still left on site.
    The rental unit could use a refresh; it has heating but no AC, and we had to clean it ourselves upon arrival to remove all the cobwebs (even though we had to wait at the front desk until 5:30 p.m. to get the keys).
    Despite all that, the campground is quiet and the staff is friendly and welcoming

    Camping 4 étoiles ?
    L'extérieur mériterait d'être mieux entretenu: tailler les haies, enlever les restes d'anciennes locations qui traînent dans un coin, les terrains de tennis ne sont pas entretenus, les jeux pour les enfants à la piscine ne fonctionnent pas, certains parasols sont inutilisables mais restent sur place.
    La location mériterait un coup de neuf , chauffage mais pas de clim, nous avons dû refaire le ménage en arrivant pour enlever toutes les toiles d'araignée ( alors que nous avons dû attendre à l'accueil jusqu'à 17h30 pour pouvoir avoir la location)
    Malgré tout ça le camping est calme et le personnel aimable et accueillant
