This cozy 38 m² rural studio for two people is located at the foot of the picturesque village of Puycelsi, surrounded by the peaceful countryside of Occitanie.

Inside, the studio has a comfortable living and sleeping area that can be transformed into a bedroom in the evening. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals and includes both a standard coffee maker and a French press. There is also a private bathroom. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for streaming, video calls or planning days out in the region.

The studio is equipped with heating throughout, as well as a fan for warmer days. The indoor areas have step-free access, and a baby cot can be provided on request for guests travelling with a young child.

Outside, you have your own secluded private garden where you can relax and enjoy the quiet rural surroundings. The location at the foot of Puycelsi makes the studio a peaceful base for discovering the countryside and villages of Occitanie.

Two shared parking spaces are available on site, along with a shared storage room where bicycles can be stored safely. Guests travelling with an electric vehicle can also use the shared EV charging station. Events are not permitted at the property.
