Summary created out of 89 reviews

The campsite enjoys an excellent location near the Dordogne River, shops and attractions, which guests highly appreciate. Staff are experienced as friendly and helpful by many, though some guests report less positive encounters at reception. The swimming pool is heated and pleasant, but can get crowded and sometimes lacks sufficient sun loungers. The sanitary facilities are a key point of attention: while cleaned regularly, there are complaints about outdated condition, broken locks, lack of hot water and insufficient maintenance.

We stayed at a Flowers site in Tremolat which was excellent. We did plan on booking the site at Souillac for longer however the reviews were not good. We booked for one night and i wouldn't want to have stayed any longer. The site was tired and needed cleaned. The bar was closed but there was a number of empty beer bottles sitting which no-one had bothered to clear. The toilets and showers were dirty. Definitely wouldn't recommend

Many minor issues due to the team's lack of responsiveness. (Waiting two days for a coffee maker to be replaced.) Lack of cleaning supplies (mop). Having to pay for an additional parking space for a second car even though the entrance isn’t secure—the gate is broken. In the pool, you end up swimming with the frogs.

We spent a week at this campground, and I’m here to share our feedback…

So, first, the positives: I’d like to thank the entertainment team. Thomas and Amita were great. My daughter had an excellent week thanks to them, and we really enjoyed chatting with them. They were always smiling and did a fantastic job livening up our evenings. So, a big thank you to you both!

Now, that’s it for the positives… Let’s move on to the negatives.

This is the first time we’ve stayed at a 4-star campground, but I don’t understand why it earned those stars. We’ve been camping for 15 years—whether in a tent, a trailer, or a mobile home—and this is the first time we’ve seen a campground this dirty and poorly maintained…

There are brambles growing right up against the mobile homes; I don’t think they even own a brush cutter!

Then there are the restrooms… A nightmare! Sanitary napkins were left on the floor the entire time we were there. The cleaning needs a serious overhaul. Because, aside from the fact that some vacationers don’t respect the facilities—I can admit that—it seems like no cleaning is being done at all, neither in the restroom block nor in the baby area.

We had to shower at our campsite using supplies we bought at a store. Is that normal? Because I think the use of the showers is included in the price of our week’s stay, right?

Then, there was no hot water for washing dishes for more than half of our stay. As with the showers, we had to make do on our campsite.

Near the playground, there was construction equipment and threaded rods lying on the ground… Is this normal, and more importantly, is it safe for children?

A ramp in the restroom for people with disabilities was unscrewed?! Always the same question: is this normal?

Frankly, we’re very disappointed with this campground. For a 4-star campground, we really expected much better, especially in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.

I expressed my dissatisfaction in an email to the manager a month ago and haven’t received any response; there’s clearly a lack of professionalism.
