Park 524 is particularly appreciated for its friendly, helpful staff and unique location directly on the river Dourbie, where guests can enjoy swimming and playing. The campsite combines a natural, green environment with shady pitches and many activities, and is only a 10-15 minute walk from the center of Millau. The sanitary facilities are generally clean, although some guests find them somewhat dated, and there are regular complaints about noise from the nearby road and surrounding campsites, especially in the evenings and at night.

This campground is well-located in Millau for a quick two-night stay.
We were on a fairly shaded site… but some aren’t necessarily shaded. There isn’t much separation between the different sites.
The pool is 1.55 meters deep everywhere, so I couldn’t touch the bottom to enjoy it with my kids.
The river right next door is a nice little bonus…
The evening entertainment is also enjoyable.this is a translation, click here for the original

A disastrous stay!
Let’s start with the negatives:
I booked two weeks in a “Sweet” tent. From the very first night, rats were climbing all over us! When I woke up, I found droppings in the beds! The following nights were a nightmare because my kids were terrified. The management was unbelievably ineffective. They called in a pest control … expert who set out three measly little black boxes. After three nights, the management moved me to a different tent, but it was the same story!!! I ended up buying rat traps and pest control products… But nothing worked… I finally left the campground!
Another issue: the noise from the creaking wooden floorboards… Waking everyone up…
The restrooms are way too small. My knees were touching the wall across from me… And I’m only 1.80 meters tall…
The pool is really too small to accommodate so many people, and it’s not deep enough for kids to have fun because they can’t touch the bottom…
Finally, the prices at the bar and the pizzeria are truly exorbitant! €22 for a bottle of white wine and €26 for a bottle of red... Seriously, what kind of place is this?!
In short, a truly disastrous stay.
The only good thing is the location by the river! The stairs leading down to it were broken...
In short, a campground to avoid at this price! I found another campground 300 meters away that was much better and cheaper.this is a translation, click here for the original

A simple, family-friendly campground.
It’s pretty much ideal for a stay in Millau—within walking distance of downtown and right on the river.this is a translation, click here for the original
