Les Savonniers is a must-visit! It’s a welcoming place, perfect for unwinding and enjoying both the property itself—a bit like a secret garden with plenty of cozy spots to sit—and the surrounding area—Medieval Occitania. We camped there for a week with the kids, who made friends and played endlessly. The hosts are always ready with tips on what to do and are fantastic cooks. We had many wonderful encounters here during the table d’hôtes and by the pool. For anyone who appreciates a beautiful and well-maintained setting, this is an absolute must-visit!

Incontournable is Les Savonniers!

We stayed with our family of 4 in the gîte at Les Savonniers and what a lovely place! Despite the hot temperatures, the gîte stayed pleasantly cool and was fully equipped with everything you need. The property itself is beautiful and quiet. Our children immediately made new friends there and had the time of their lives: playing soccer, swimming, playing in the barn and endlessly romping until the sun went down. Screen time? That was totally unnecessary here. Every morning we could sit down for a delicious French breakfast. Three times a week we also joined the table, where we enjoyed vegetarian dishes based on local products - Great fun! The region is also great for exploring. We went climbing in the trees at Najac, swimming and playing in the river at Laguépie (an idyllic scene with even a free bouncy castle on the water) and visited beautiful towns and villages such as Albi, Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val and the fairytale-like Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, reached via a very nice walk via Bouziès. Thank you Inneke and Tinne (Tinneke for short) for your hospitality and enthusiasm. In short: a fantastic place for families who love peace, nature and enjoying together.
