Seasonova Camping Le Val de Coise

One star—because you can’t give zero—and just a few positives that I’ll mention at the end. As for the rest, it was a disaster. Given the price—well above the minimum wage for a week from Saturday to Saturday—we expected impeccable service. But as soon as we arrived, there was no toilet paper—neither in the mobile home nor in the shared restrooms. For six people, there was only one frying pan available. When we unfolded the sofa bed, we discovered maggots on the bottom mattress. Under the beds, there was dust and dirt, and fly droppings on the windows. The toilets weren’t clean, and there was hair under the bowl. In the bathroom, a foul odor rose from the drains along with hair left by previous guests. As for the activities, the welcome reception lasted barely three minutes. The children were given a non-alcoholic drink, while the adults received nothing but were required to choose from the menu and pay for their drinks in cash, all while the activity leaders kept the drinks for themselves. From what I observed, the activity leaders, Zoé and Amine, seemed unengaged. Supervision of the children appeared inadequate. At times, they refused to apply sunscreen on the pretext that it would dirty the pool. During a fight between several children, no one intervened. This worried several families; many parents enrolled their children in the club on the first day but then chose not to send them back. Given the price we paid, we have every right to expect an attentive and engaged staff, which was absolutely not the impression we got during our stay. There was a lot of laxity in general. We had ordered pastries and bread for the week, but sometimes they forgot about us... How is that possible with so few staff members? :0. And, to be fair, it’s not all bad. The setting is pleasant, they allow dogs, it’s quiet and family-friendly with mutual respect among residents, the pool is nice, and the campground has potential. There’s plenty to do in the surrounding area. But with more discipline, impeccable hygiene, and a dedicated entertainment team, it could be a whole different story. Unfortunately, as it stands, I can’t recommend it. Avoid at all costs!! The Husband Family!

A small campground that’s every bit as good as a large one. It’s shaded, whether you’re staying in a mobile home or on a tent or RV site.
It has two ping-pong tables and a pétanque court. Rackets are available to borrow, but balls must be purchased for €2.
The pool is perfect for the whole family, with its wading area. It’s covered, opens up to let in fresh air, and is heated.
The mobile homes can be equipped with air conditioning.
A fast-food restaurant is located on the premises.

A small campground with friendly staff, featuring well-intentioned amenities that haven’t been maintained in years. Loose tiles around the pool, all sorts of things that are broken, nearly broken, or worn out. Restrooms without toilet seats or toilet paper holders; dirty, lukewarm showers. The small river is barely accessible, especially not for small children. I wouldn’t even consider staying here for more than a day or two. For about 40 euros a night, it’s not a total disaster...

Honestly, our stay at the campground was a bit of a mixed bag
The facilities and organization really weren’t up to par—there’s a lot of work to be done to improve all that
On the other hand, the entertainment team was honestly the absolute best—they saved our vacation
The guys were super energetic and welcoming, and they did everything they could to make sure everyonefeel included, no matter their age
A huge thank you to Amine in particular—the guy gave it his all, always with a smile and such positive energy
It’s clearly thanks to them that we have such good memories, despite the campground’s few disappointments. Otherwise, a lovely walk along the nearby river—it’s a really beautiful spot

Ayant réservé 15 jours en avril chez Nemea pour aller au camping PARADIS VAL DE COISE du 18 juillet au 1 Août 2026 je me suis retrouvée face à un changement de propriétaire du camping sans en avoir été informée par NEMEA mais simplement en consultant le site fin Mai qui soi dit en passant n'a été modifié que par le denominatif SEASONOVA.
Si le camping n'a pas changé par rapport aux hébergements il a radicalement changé par rapport à la qualité des animations qui cette année sont très très bas de gamme avec des animateurs qui n'ont aucune expérience et qui n'y arrivent pas malgré la bonne volonté qu'ils essaient d'y mettre. Mention spéciale pour le jeune animateur qui s'occupe des ados et des soirées, il fait de son mieux mais ....
La piscine a fermé à 2 reprises en 15 jours pour des raisons qui variaient selon à qui je posais la question sans que nous en soyons informés et nous nous retrouvions devant la piscine close alors que passer avec un mégaphone dans ce petit camping n'est pas chose impossible.
Le snack est réduit aux frites (6€ la barquette) et nuggets (6€ les 6 !!!), paninis surgelés (6€) et aux Glaces (seulement glace à l'eau jeudi dernier).
Le club enfant n'est pas extra, tenu par 1 animatrice (inexpérimentée) seulement contre 2 l'année dernière.

Soiree blind test
Soiree Noir et blanc ( dresr code simplement sans autre but) et inscription pour chanter à capella, nul !!!
Soirée piscine ouverte plus tardivement
Soirée karaoke
Soiree petit concert le mercredi
Soirée jeux de société le vendredi (les parents jouent par exemple au mille bornes avec leurs enfants), nul !!!
Bref quelle déception par rapport à l'année dernière et pour un prix qui reste le même 1600€ les 2 semaines ( mobil home premium 6 places).
Que le camping ait été racheté et que les nouveaux gérants n'aient eu qu'un mois et demi pour s'organiser avant son ouverture ne doit pas être au détriment des vacanciers non avertis du changement et qui ont payé le même prix que les autres années et qui sont donc en droit d'avoir les mêmes prestations, et ce n'est vraiment pas le cas cette année.
Bravo quand même aux jeunes qui y travaillent et qui ont parfois essuyé les mécontentements verbaux des vacanciers lors des soirées.
Bref cette année n'était pas le top en ce qui me concerne.

Having spent half a day and one night there, my review is very brief.
This campground seems great to me. Lots of mobile homes, well-shaded sites; a covered pool, a bocce court, a playground for kids, and a bar with daily entertainment.
Very clean restrooms.
Friendly staff.
The only issue, for which I’m deducting one star: the Wi-Fi only works within a 10-meter radius of the front desk, and 4G—and even cell service—only work intermittently...
