    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    Campsite located right next to a major road, which makes it noisy. A fence should be put up to reduce the sound. Toilet paper and soap dispensers present but empty. As for the lady at reception, she barely speaks French, so it's hard to make herself understood. On the plus side: the showers are spacious and the water is hot. The nearby lake is nice.

    Camping situé juste à côté d'un grand axe routier qui le rend bruyant, il faudrait mettre en place une clôture pour atténuer le son. Des distributeurs de papier toilette et de savon présents mais vides. Quant à la dame à l'accueil, elle parle à peine le français donc c'est compliqué de se faire comprendre. Côtés positifs : les douches sont spacieuses et l'eau est bien chaude. Le plan d'eau juste à côté est sympa.

    This is a fairly run down campsite 25 minutes from Nantes. We stayed here for a single night while heading north. The owner, or man on reception, is sadly classically obnoxious. I greeted him in French and then asked if he would be willing to speak English. His response was to ask me if I would like to speak French instead. His tone was snide and difficult and he made the check in process feel needlessly awkward.
