    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    Lovely campsite - helpful staff - supermarket across the road - good restaurant alongside the lake - but - the motorhome facilities are substandard. Despite great modern toilets and showers - when you come to empty you motorhome toilet cassette - you have to lift the grid with your hands —— and try manoevering the vehicle over the tiny drain - invest in a decent motorhome service point, please!
