    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    Lovely campsite - helpful staff - supermarket across the road - good restaurant alongside the lake - but - the motorhome facilities are substandard. Despite great modern toilets and showers - when you come to empty you motorhome toilet cassette - you have to lift the grid with your hands —— and try manoevering the vehicle over the tiny drain - invest in a decent motorhome service point, please!

    Good location for cycling on the Loire, though this isn't the prettiest section of the cycleway. Good and easy access to Nantes. Shower block clean and well maintained. I found the site rather noisy due to the proximity to the road and as I had a pitch next to the showers, there was sometimes disturbance from people walking across the pitch to get to the toilets late at night. The pitches closer to the lake looked nicer and possibly less noisy.
