A great basic campground. We stayed in an Ecolodge tent as a couple with a child. Clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. A quiet campground.

A decent campground; the restrooms were clean but a bit dated. However, the tent on stilts and the bar/snack area weren’t very clean, so we decided not to eat there. There was a long wait just to get a drink, and the patio was uninviting and dirty. On the other hand, the welcome upon our arrival was very warm. A plus was access to the municipal pool:
. We were disappointed that the open-air café outside the campground was permanently closed—which wasn’t indicated—and that, given the heat wave, swimming in the Loire wasn’t allowed
We would have appreciated a mosquito net in our tent, and lounge chairs would be a great idea

A really nice campground where I felt very welcome during my one-night stay. The staff goes out of their way to help, and the option to eat on-site is a plus. The campsites are shaded. The restrooms are spotless.
