Guests particularly appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, the excellent location just a few minutes' walk from the beach, and the heated indoor pool. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly, with enjoyable entertainment and on-site facilities like a bakery and restaurant. However, sanitary facilities, cleanliness and maintenance are frequently mentioned as areas for improvement, and guests note that organisation and communication can sometimes be lacking.

We had a wonderful time—we came from Belgium and were made to feel very welcome. The pool was available, and the beach was great 👍👍👍. The campground facilities were excellent, and the food was top-notch at reasonable prices. We’ll be back 👍👍👍👍👍 Thanks again for your hospitality

Cleaning. We don't mind cleaning the rental. The issue is waste. To clean properly you need cleaning cloths and spray etc. Also, a mop would have been useful. Nothing is provided to do this. For those arriving by car, it's fine they can either bring it with them or take it home. For those on plane, you've got lots of people buying cleaning stuff and then throwing it away -wasteful. This is the same for anything like coffee, tins of unopened food etc etc. Surely you could have an are where people leave unused items so that others can take them-and reduce landfill/waste? Bedding- sheet didn't stay on the bed. Please provide fitted sheets. I think the pool area and restaurant are a little dated. Having said that, it's a nice place and we had a good time.

We received a very warm welcome. The staff is helpful and attentive.
The campground is right next to Valentin Beach, which is a plus.
Car traffic is allowed from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
    - The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty and no restrooms in the pool area, which isn’t very convenient for children. There’s no water slide either. There are quite a few lounge chairs available.
    - A multi-sport field is located at the back of the campground, next to the pedestrian entrance (manual gate) that allows you to reach the center of Batz without having to walk all the way around the campground. Very convenient.
    - A bread stand open in the morning is well-stocked and located at the entrance; the grocery store, however, is tiny, and you have to go to the front desk to ask for it to be opened.
    - Laundromat: 3 washing machines for €6 and 2 dryers for €4; detergent not included.
The campground is quiet and well-maintained (rented mobile home). The mobile home sites are spaced further apart than at other campsites. The cleanliness inside and the condition of the dishes are just average.
One minor downside is the restrooms in the bar/activity area, which are unisex and lack privacy between the urinals and the toilet stalls.

There's nothing to do at the campground; the grocery store is half-empty; activities at the campground cost extra; there aren't many activities offered—always the same old stuff; the pool is very cold; the mobile home is disgusting; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
