The campsite is praised for its exceptional beachfront location with stunning sea views and easy beach access. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff and clean sanitary facilities, though some note these can be stretched during peak season. The nature-rich environment and peaceful atmosphere make it ideal for families seeking relaxation, with excellent cycling and activity options. Downsides include high prices, limited parking facilities, and occasional issues with mosquitoes and insects.

One week on a campsite with a small RV.
The location is perfect. A 100-meter walk and we were standing with our feet in the sea.
A huge campground with two distinct areas. To the east of the reception, in my opinion, lies the Huttopia section of the campground. Larger sites, lots of trees, and a natural setting—just as you’d expect from the organization.
So I was surprised when I entered the western section. Lots of cars, crowded, tents packed close together, little privacy. Not much nature either, though there were a few more trees toward the end of that section. No Huttopia vibe here—just surprise. Fortunately, we were in the Huttopia section of the campground.
The restrooms were well-maintained; the cleaning staff were sometimes still cleaning at 9:00 p.m. It was busy, and they handled it well. Great
The pizza oven was broken, but no problem—there’s a restaurant on the grounds where you can eat pizza. However, the oven remained broken. I don’t really understand that—a non-functioning pizza oven costs a fortune.
The bread service was perfect. You don’t have to order anything—the baker comes right to the campground.
You won’t find perfection at just any campground—that’s why you go camping, I think. We always find something to complain about somewhere. Everyone does their best. At such a huge campground, not everything always goes smoothly—it’s still run by people.this is a translation, click here for the original

This is our fourth year here, and we still love this place just as much!
The staff is friendly, cheerful, approachable, and ready to help if needed.
There’s a wide variety of activities, we’re right by the sea, and for those who love beachcombing, it’s the best 👍🏻 It’s a family-friendly campground but quiet in the evenings, with some really nice little concerts and great pizzas!! It’s very easy to get around by bike, and we’re close to downtown Noirmoutier. We’ll happily come back for our fifth year—and maybe stay a little longer 🤗 Thanks to the whole team, and have a great end to the season!this is a translation, click here for the original

Without really doing any research beforehand and relying solely on our positive experiences at Huttopia, we arrived at this campground and were kind of in shock. We had just come from Huttopia Lac de Sille, where we had plenty of space. Now we had to cram our caravan into a tiny little spot. It was a really, really crowded campground with distractions coming from all directions. Oops, we hadn’t counted on that at all. It’s a super-busy island anyway.
One thing’s for sure, though: the beach is just a few steps away. That’s where we found some peace—because how is it even possible that, with such an overcrowded campground, the beaches are actually relatively quiet?
In terms of what’s on offer, it was a good fit with Huttopia, with activities and all.
The pizza oven was broken for all ten of our days....?
It’s fun to rent bikes and cycle around the island (though that can get pretty crowded too).
Keep in mind that during peak season, there’s a festival on the island with several dates featuring live music. So the night before we left, we had to deal with a lot of noise (it lasted until 2 a.m.)this is a translation, click here for the original
Oei, hier hadden we even geen rekening mee gehouden.

I wasn't disappointed—the campground is in a great location (right on the beach and a 10-minute bike ride from downtown). It's the perfect opportunity to leave the car at home for the duration of the vacation.
The beds are comfortable and the staff is welcoming! A great experience.this is a translation, click here for the original

A lovely 3-star campground, ideal for nature lovers, with access to a beautiful beach. The setting is truly pleasant, and we enjoyed being so close to the sea.
However, we were very disappointed with our site #604, which we do not recommend. We had booked a “comfort” site, but unfortunately, it wasn’t very comfortable at all: small, located on a corner, right on the main path with no way to back up and get a little further from the road, and right across from the parking lot.
The result: constant vehicle traffic and a lot of dust all week long. This somewhat spoiled our enjoyment of the site.
Fortunately, we had our bikes, which are truly essential for getting around easily and exploring the surrounding area.
Finally, given how busy the campground is, the restrooms could use more frequent cleaning.
A campground with real strengths thanks to its setting and access to the beach, but we were disappointed with our campsite and the maintenance of the restrooms.this is a translation, click here for the original

Pros: Direct access to the sea and a fishing spot.
Our site was a decent size and had plenty of shade, which we appreciated, as well as the warm, friendly welcome from the various seasonal staff.
Cons: The restrooms were often dirty despite frequent cleaning.
The rule requiring complete silence after 11 p.m. was not clearly communicated at check-in.
Overcrowding; the haughty attitude of the foreign guests and their staring at my child (who is visually impaired).this is a translation, click here for the original
