Vacation Ruined by a Noisy Party on August 14

Our stay at the Les Prés du Verdon campground could have been very pleasant, but the night of August 14–15, 2026, was a real ordeal. A restaurant adjacent to the campground hosted a private party with excessively loud music, which could be heard throughout the entire village.

As a result, it was completely impossible to sleep before 2:00 a.m. The most frustrating part was the general helplessness in the face of the situation; no one was able to intervene to ensure the campers could get some sleep. It’s a shame that such a lack of management regarding nighttime disturbances ruined the experience.

A few days in this little corner of paradise—the hospitality, services, amenities, and cleanliness were all perfect. I’d love to come back very soon.

    We really enjoyed it.
However, it would be nice if they provided bread, and emptying the chemical toilet isn't so pleasant—you end up standing in water.

A lush campground within walking distance of downtown Quinson, home to the Museum of Prehistory, the Basses Gorges, and a boat rental service.
There is a swimming pool, but I didn't try it during my one-night stay in a tent.
    Barbecues are available for use.
