Nomadic Bivouac - 2 persons

I stayed at your campground for a week in mobile home 178. We had a wonderful week—your campground is very peaceful, and the lake is great for canoeing, etc. There are also some beautiful places to visit near the campground. I highly recommend your region and your campground, especially if you’re looking for peace and quiet. I promise I’ll be back.

We just spent a week at this campground
We had sunshine for the first 4 days
Swimming, electric boat rides, and kayaking on the lake and in the Verdon Gorge

Unfortunately, the weather—rain, thunderstorms, strong winds ruined the last two days for us, with 20 cm of rain in the tents
All this with four kids
But the campground management went above and beyond for us
We were temporarily moved into a hard-walled tent, then spent two nights in a small mobile home for free
The staff is responsive and very friendly
Thanks to them for their hospitality
Despite the circumstances and the loss of a tent

My rating is 3 out of 5—the only issues were the Wi-Fi and the lack of a small store with basic items like milk, chips, coffee, sugar, etc.

A big congratulations to the entire team for their warm welcome, kindness, and helpfulness. A truly top-notch team—always smiling and pleasant—that goes a long way toward making our stay even more enjoyable.

The restrooms are admittedly a bit dated, but they’re very clean and perfectly maintained—which is what matters most.

We had an excellent stay at this campground, set in a magnificent location and staffed by a wonderful team. We’re leaving with wonderful memories and will be happy to return!

Very accessible and welcoming, even in the middle of August! It was crowded, but very quiet and relaxing.

The only positive points are the hospitality and the shaded setting; everything else is a total turn-off.
The restrooms and showers were very run-down, covered in limescale, and not necessarily clean. The reserved site with electricity didn’t work, and I think it’s a real shame that there’s no restaurant, snack bar, or convenience store
. It’s easy to see why there were still spots available at this campground during the week of August 15—never again.

The campground is in a good location, close to the village and hiking trails, but there’s a lot of traffic. The restrooms are in poor condition, and the facilities are outdated. It’s very noisy at night (music near the campground and people who aren’t considerate of others). The sites could be better separated by hedges; in short, I was a little disappointed!!
