Holiday Home Seeblick is a charming 53 m² A-frame house in Immenstaad, near Lake Constance. The accommodation is spread over two floors and is a cheerful choice for a relaxed stay with family or friends.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a sofa, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The well-equipped kitchen includes, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave and coffee pod machine, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, reached by a typical steep staircase. A baby bed, high chair, children’s books and toys are available, making the house practical for families with children.

The spacious bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.

Outside, you have a private garden and terrace with lake views. It is a lovely spot for morning coffee, sunbathing, relaxing under the parasol or enjoying a barbecue on the charcoal grill.

Lake Constance, the beach and the Aquastaad indoor pool are about a 10-minute walk away. Tennis courts, a climbing park and public transport are also nearby. With the Echt Bodenseecard, you can use local public transport for free.

The house uses energy- and water-saving measures and provides clear waste separation guidelines. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed.
