Everything was good and beautiful we enjoyed our vacation very much. The only thing I noticed is that the chef a woman was very unkind and caused a lot of stress for the employees. Because of this the atmosphere was also not so good so I don't recommend it.

We spent a week's vacation at Soodehof Eins in the 2025/2026 summer season. At the end of our stay, however, we forgot the bicycle helmet of one of our children in the vacation home, in the entrance area, in the hustle and bustle of our departure. After contacting the farm, we were informed that it would be possible to return it, but that we would have to pay for one hour of an employee's working time in addition to the shipping costs. While paying the shipping costs is of course understandable, we felt that the additional charge for a whole hour's work was not very customer-friendly. In our opinion, such a service could easily be integrated into the usual postal process and should be regarded as a small service, especially on a family-oriented children's farm. Despite the high fee, we transferred the full amount and received the helmet back promptly.

Wir haben in der Sommersaison 2025/2026 eine Woche Urlaub auf dem Soodehof Eins verbracht. Am Ende unseres Aufenthalts haben wir allerdings in der Abreisehektik den Fahrradhelm eines unserer Kinder im Ferienhaus, im Eingangsbereich, vergessen. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Hof wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass eine Rücksendung zwar möglich sei, dafür jedoch neben den Versandkosten auch eine Stunde Arbeitszeit eines Mitarbeiters berechnet werden müsse. Während die Übernahme der Versandkosten selbstverständlich nachvollziehbar ist, empfanden wir die zusätzliche Berechnung einer ganzen Arbeitsstunde als wenig kundenfreundlich. Ein solcher Service ließe sich aus unserer Sicht problemlos in den üblichen Postablauf integrieren und sollte gerade auf einem familienorientierten Kinderbauernhof als kleine Serviceleistung betrachtet werden. Wir haben, trotz des hohen Entgelts, den Gesamtbetrag überwiesen und auch zeitnah den Helm zurückerhalten.

The Soodehof is a paradise, especially for families! Our city children enjoyed their day on the farm to the full. From looking after the ponies to pony rides and watching the cows - it was an unforgettable experience. The apartment itself is ultra-modern, very tastefully furnished and we wanted for nothing. We will definitely be back!

Der Soodehof ist ein Paradies, auch, oder besonders für Familien! Unsere Stadtkinder haben den Tag auf dem Bauernhof in vollen Zügen genossen. Von der Pony-Pflege zum Ponyreiten bis hin zum Beobachten der Kühe – das war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.
