Experience the tranquillity of nature and the beautiful view over the lake—an ideal place to unwind completely! The surroundings of Wilsum invite you for idyllic walks and bike rides through a charming landscape of heathlands, pine forests, winding streams, and picturesque fishing ponds. The perfect combination of experiencing nature and relaxation. For families, there is plenty of entertainment: the swimming lake with two slides and adjoining playgrounds provide endless fun. And should the weather change, the indoor playground offers a solution for the little ones.

After an active day outdoors, you can fully relax in your own private sauna. This comfortable holiday home of approximately 56 m² accommodates 4 people and features a spacious veranda, two atmospheric bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a bright living and dining room with a comfortable seating area. The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and nice wardrobes with ample storage space. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare something delicious yourself, and outside on the terrace you can fully enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful surroundings.

The accommodation is pleasantly quiet and private among the trees, located a bit higher up in the park, but is therefore less accessible for people with limited mobility.

Of course, you can make unlimited use of all the facilities at the resort.

Wilsumer Berge is beautifully situated in nature and praised for its friendly, helpful staff and lovely forest setting. The large swimming lake with slides, children's entertainment, and dog area with its own pond are widely appreciated. The modern lodges and holiday homes receive many compliments, as do the hot tubs at various accommodations. Areas for improvement include the sanitary facilities on some fields (outdated, insufficient capacity, inconsistent cleaning), the varying condition of pitches (mud, sand), and occasionally long waiting times or limited opening hours at the restaurant.

    Pitching the tent on the gravel ground was a challenge because of the tent stakes; toilet paper was in short supply in the restroom building; and it was hard to keep the sinks and showers clean. We preferred to brush our teeth outside.... That says it all. Maybe they were short-staffed—I don’t know. We’ve seen it done differently. Our 3-year-old developed an itchy rash from the lake. But with the warm weather and ducks in the lake, maybe that’s no surprise. The indoor playground was interesting—in the middle of summer vacation, there was no staff there, even though the sign says you’re not supposed to bring your own food. That doesn’t work if there’s no one there to sell anything. Questionable. Overall, a great campground, though we felt there was a staff shortage. The staff at check-in were very friendly and immediately helped with any problem that came up.

    Zelt aufstellen auf dem Kies Grund war wegen der Heringe eine Herausforderung, Klopapier im Toilettenhaus Mangelware, Sauberkeit an den Waschbecken und in den Duschen schwierig. Wir haben lieber draußen Zähne geputzt.... Das sagt alles. Vielleicht Personalmangel, ich weiß es nicht. Kennen wir anders. Vom See hat unser 3 jähriger juckenden Ausschlag bekommen. Aber bei dem warmen Wetter und Enten im See vielleicht kein Wunder. Der Indoor-Spielplatz war interessant, mitten in den Sommerferien kein Personal da, obwohl dran steht man soll keine eigenen Lebensmittel mitbringen. Geht nicht wenn keiner da ist der was verkaufen würde. Fragwürdig. Grundsätzlich toller Campingplatz mit von uns gefühltem Personalmangel. Am Check in sehr freundliches Personal was sofort geholfen hat bei jeglichem Problem das es gab.

    Wilsumer Berge is a very beautiful campground surrounded by nature, with a lake and a sandy beach. The new owners are gradually making a lot of improvements; the campsites have gotten smaller but are still spacious enough. Great activities for kids. We love coming back here again and again. Unfortunately, the prices have gone up a lot.

    Wilsumer Berge ist ein sehr schöner Campingplatz mit viel Natur, mit See und Sandstrand. Die neuen Besitzer machen nach und nach sehr viel neu, die Plätze für Camper sind kleiner geworden aber trotzdem noch ausreichend. Super Angebote für Kinder. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder. Leider sind die Preise sehr hoch geworden.

    A very large campground with plenty to do for the kids. It’s a great place for swimming, biking, fishing, and hiking.
    Clean restrooms and showers.
    The only downside is the signage (it took us a long time to find our campsite), and the lighting at night could be a lot better.
    The roads on the campground aren’t in the best shape either (lots of potholes), and you have to pull over when oncoming traffic approaches.

    Hele grote camping met veel te doen voor de kids. Je kan hier prima zwemmen - fietsen - vissen en wandelen.
    Nette toiletten en douches.
    Alleen de wegbewjisering is een dingetje ( lang gezocht naar onze staplaats ) verlichting s' nachts kan ook een stuk beter.
    De wegen op de camping zijn ook niet al te best ( veel kuilen ) en bij tegenliggers moet je aan de kant stoppen.
