Enjoy a unique overnight stay in the KOYA Tiny Loft, an atmospheric accommodation for 4 people, right in the beautiful nature of the Wilsumer Berge. This compact but smartly designed loft combines comfort, tranquility, and a unique experience on a car-free field.

The KOYA Tiny Loft features two cozy sleeping lofts, each equipped with a double bed. The open sleeping areas give the loft a playful and spacious character. Both sleeping lofts are individually accessible via a fixed wooden ladder; due to the compact layout and height, this may be less suitable for those who prefer extra convenience. Downstairs you will find a comfortably furnished living area with plenty of daylight and a warm, natural ambiance.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all conveniences and features, among other things, a Nespresso machine—ideal for starting the day relaxed with a cup of coffee. The bathroom is lockable and equipped with a sink, shower, and toilet, so you can enjoy comfort and privacy.

Step outside and experience the peace of the car-free field, where children can play freely and you can relax undisturbed. The surrounding forests and heathlands invite you to enjoy beautiful walks and bike rides in nature.     The D4 washhouse only has cold water. The washhouse was closed for the entire day the day before our departure. Deeply disappointing. The service here leaves much to be desired.
    There is a small “cafeteria” in the indoor play area, but even that is closed as a precaution during the holidays.
    The Lakeside restaurant is expensive and chronically overwhelmed.
    We won’t be coming back!

    Waschhaus D4 ständig mit kalten Wasser. 1 Tag vor Abreise waschhaus pauschal geschlossen. Tief traurig. Service lässt hier zu wünschen übrig.
    Im Indoorspielbereich ist zwar eine kleine „Cafeteria“ aber auch diese hat vorsorglich in den Ferien nicht auf.
    Das Restaurant lakeside ist teuer und chronisch überfordert.
    Wir kommen nicht wieder!
