From your terrace you look out over the beautiful lagoon landscape of the Peenestrom and the Greifswalder Bodden, with the islands of Usedom and Rügen within easy reach. With 3 bedrooms and space for up to 4 people, this floating home is ideal for couples, families or a small group of friends who want something different from a standard holiday apartment.

In the summer months you can hop on a small ferry directly from Kroesliner harbour to the island of Usedom – perfect for a day trip with or without bicycles.

Once on Usedom, over 40 km of fine Baltic Sea beaches are waiting for you, plus lively seaside resorts with classic piers, cafés and restaurants. You don’t even need a car: just use the local spa train (Bäderbahn) or the well-marked cycling paths to explore the island at your own pace.
