Wake up on the water in Haus 3 – Steg F – Comfort, a cosy houseboat for up to 5 people on the peaceful Kroesliner See in northern Germany. Here you’re surrounded by nature, gentle waves and harbour vibes, yet you’re still close to the Baltic Sea and some of Germany’s most beautiful islands.

From your terrace you look out over the lagoon landscape of the Peenestrom and the Greifswalder Bodden. On clear days, you can even spot the direction of the famous islands of Usedom and Rügen. It’s the perfect place to unwind with a book, enjoy a long breakfast in the sun or watch the sunset reflect on the water.

Inside, the houseboat offers three bedrooms, so everyone has their own spot to relax. With space for up to 5 guests, it’s ideal for a couple, a group of friends or a small family. There’s a bathroom, a comfy living area and everything you need for a relaxed stay on the water. Wi-Fi is included, so you can stream, work remotely or share your holiday photos in real time.

You don’t have to worry about the basics: the final cleaning and linen package are already included. Just arrive, unpack and start your holiday straight away. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

Fancy a beach day? The nearest sandy beach is only about 2 km away, in the charming fishing village of Freest. In summer you can hop on the small ferry from the harbour to the island of Usedom, with its more than 40 km of fine sandy Baltic Sea beaches. Explore the classic seaside resorts and their piers, stroll along the promenade or simply relax by the sea.

If you’d rather leave the car, you can use the local Bäderbahn (spa train) and the well-developed cycling paths on Usedom to discover the island in a relaxed way. Whether you’re into nature, water sports, beach life or just peace and quiet, this floating holiday home is a great base for your next getaway.
