The spacious and detached chalet Hackfort 6+2 represents a modern and attractive interior. It is ground floor and suitable for 6 adults and 2 children.     Positiv: - Umgebung - Größe der Plätze, wobei diese sich auch von der Größe deutlich unterscheiden können - Freundliches Personal - Brötchenservice Negativ: - Am zweiten Tag gab es ab Nachmittags kein Warmwasser bei den Duschen - Plätze teilweise mit Split aufgefüllt - Keine Sicht auf den See, wenn man campt - Preise der Getränke/Snacks bei der Rezeption (z.B. 3€ für 0,5l Cola) - Bei den Zeltplätze gibt es einen Container für Toiletten. Die "richtigen" Toilettenhäuser sind gesperrt Wäre der Standort nicht so gut, würde ich 2 Sterne für den Platz geben.

    Hatte den Stellplatz am Biggesee storniert. Etliche Mails geschrieben. Sollte 50% zurück erhalten. Es zieht sich über Monate, erst wollte man nochmal die Buchungnr, dann die Kontonummer. Alle Daten liegen vor. Seitdem keine Rückmeldung. Auch die Androhung rechtlich vorzugehen hat keine Wirkung gezeigt.

    We hadden verwacht op een camping te komen waar je uitzicht had direct op het meer, maar dit was niet het geval. Hiernaast waren de meeste toiletgebouwen dicht (die open was, was oké) en was er op de camping niks te doen. Het was nogal vervallen… We zijn eerder weggegaan.
