Hackfort - 6 persons

Wij zaten in een huisje. Hartstikke prima huisje met z’n viertjes. Twee kinderen, twee volwassenen.
Heel fijn dat er airco is! Vlakbij de biggesee wat super chill is. Wel even de sleutel halen bij de receptie. Speeltuin aanwezig, hebben de kinderen (7&10 jaar) zich goed vermaakt met andere kinderen. Is een prima locatie waaruit je veel kan ondernemen of gewoon niks en lekker naar het meer toe! Waar je sups kan huren en iets simpels kan drinken en eten.

July 10–12: We spent a weekend there, but unfortunately we were very disappointed with the cleanliness. The green spaces were unkempt and littered with trash; the showers had black stains on the tiles; the dishwashing area was full of dead insects; and, in general, the place wasn’t being cleaned. There was no hand sanitizer at the restroom entrances, which is actually standard practice these days. The staff tried their best. It’s unclear whether this is due to cost-cutting measures or, as is so often the case, a lack of available staff. The bottom line is that we won’t be booking there a second time.

It's getting a little old, but it's okay.

Very grumpy, impatient, surly people who don't speak a word of English.

And the pool in the pictures was empty when we were there... in mid-July...

It was pretty expensive and didn't look very nice; the pool was empty, and it was also very old.

A campground on a hillside… The houses for sale or rent look really new and great from the outside… Unfortunately, the campground for tents, trailers, or RVs is very uneven and littered with trash and broken glass… I really had to be careful with the dog.

The restrooms were okay.

The staff was very friendly, and the bread roll service worked well.

I would have liked to see vending machines for snacks and drinks.

The swimming area at Biggesee is a 5-minute walk away.

It’s fine for a short trip, but there’s room for improvement for a longer stay…
