    Wat een verademing was dit t.o.v. onze vorige plek qua gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid bij ontvangst! Aardige eigenaren, familie/vrienden en ander personeel. Rustige plek. De animatie (jeukwoord) is kleinschalig en niet overdreven (en leuk!). Watertje om dammetjes te bouwen, vuurtje stoken (solostove in ons geval). Genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Broodjes service. Wij hadden de luxe om twee nieuwe plekken te gebruiken voor onze tent (5p,), dat was perfect (rest was vol). Maar kan mij voorstellen dat er meer kampeergevoel is op de heuvel, of bij het tenten gedeelte. Ruimte leek daar wel wat beperkt, maar ja hoogseizoen helpt misschien niet mee. Al met al: met op drie uur rijden van Rotterdam een heerlijke, vriendelijke en rustige plek! Dank hiervoor.

    Fijne kleinschalige camping. Zelf met 2 volwassenen hier gestaan, maar ook heel geschikt voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. De kinderen wordt ook enige animatie geboden. (o.a. kampvuur, spel, speurtocht, broodjes bakken) Ze vermaken zich hier prima. De plaatsen zijn ruim van opzet en veelal voorzien van water en electra kort bij de caravan. De camping beschikt over een bistro / restaurant waar iets gedronken kan worden of gegeten Het menu en de kwaliteit is naar camping begrippen best goed te noemen. Sanitair is wat gedateerd, echter alles wordt heel schoon gehouden. De camping heeft geen winkels en horeca in de directe omgeving, maar ligt wel erg centraal. Plaatsen zoals Bitburg, Vianden, Clervaux, Trier zijn snel bereikbaar. Personeel van de camping is heel klantvriendelijk en servicegericht.

    De camping heeft verschillende terreinen. Omdat wij met een camper op pad zijn, kozen we voor een camperplaats. Die zijn heel krap en alles staat ontzettend dicht op elkaar. Omdat je in een dalletje staat en geen ruimte ervaart zijn wij er voortijdig weggegaan. Sanitair is schoon en voldoende, maar wel wat verouderd. De kantine waar je wat kunt eten en broodjes kunt bestellen is praktisch. De ontvangst en service is vriendelijk.

    Heerlijk verbleven met camper en motor op de aanhanger Rustige camping, gezellig Voorzieningen waren netjes Lekker gegeten Mooie uitvalbasis om met de motor rond te touren Vanaf de camping meerdere wandelmogelijkheden Eigenaren waren behulpzaam en dachten mee in oplossingen Wanneer je gezelligheid zoekt van terrasjes in een dorp dan moet je niet in Utscheid zijn Dorp zelf heeft niets te bieden Je zit overal 5-10 km vanaf Je bent zo in Luxemburg en andere mooie plaatsen
