One star goes to the operator, who is very friendly and courteous. The rest, however, is not necessarily worth one star. The sanitary building is being renovated but most of it is still under construction. You can only get to the Moselle by crossing a busy road. The food was quite good but the service was not necessarily that great. We had asked for drinks and misunderstood that we had to get them ourselves. We then went outside and sat there. Nobody came and asked us anything. The waitress knew that we wanted something to drink but didn't come back to us. The next day we drove to another campsite nearby, about 10 minutes away. With 4 stars. Here, for just three euros more a day, we had everything we could wish for. A great location, friendly service and a pitch with a direct view of the Moselle. So we had a direct comparison. I wouldn't say anything if Paradies Camp was much cheaper than this 4-star site. But it's not and that's annoying.

This is our second time here. The restaurant has reopened where you can eat well and there is a bread roll service with pre-ordering the day before until 7.30 pm. The sanitary facilities are older but always clean and everything works. On foot you can get everywhere 15-20min to the center of Kröv, 5min to Norma and 10min to the small Edeka. Through the gate of the campsite and across the street you are directly on the Moselle.
