Wake up in your own chic log cabin, surrounded by greenery and just 150 metres from the Baltic Sea beach in Damp. Blockhaus Normalpreis 4 Pers is a freshly renovated wooden cottage where you can fully relax with the whole family – and still be right in the middle of all the action.

Inside, you’ll find a cosy and modernly furnished holiday home with two bedrooms, space for up to four people and a comfortable living area. Bed linen and towels are already included on arrival, and the final cleaning is taken care of for you. So you can drop your bags and head straight to the beach. Your stay also includes all consumption-based energy costs, so no surprises at check-out.

Families with children are especially well taken care of here. The holiday centre offers free childcare in age-appropriate groups for kids from 1 to 12 years old, so you can enjoy a quiet coffee, a spa visit or a walk along the sea while the little ones are having fun. Boredom simply doesn’t exist here: the resort comes with a wide range of sports, activities and entertainment for every age.

You have free WiFi access at the reception, in the lobby and in the house, so you can easily look up the weather, plan your day trips or stream a movie in the evening. And when it’s time to eat, you’ll find several restaurants, cafés and bars in the Baltic Sea resort of Damp, many with a relaxed holiday vibe and marina views.

The location is a dream for beach lovers: Damp lies on the Schwansen peninsula between Eckernförde Bay and the Schlei, directly on a 4 km long sandy beach. There’s an activity beach with games and sports, a dedicated dog beach, and even a nudist beach. Beach chairs can be rented on site for extra comfort. Dogs are welcome in your cabin too (up to two pets), so the whole family can come along.

Another big plus: you get free entry to the indoor adventure and leisure world in Dampland all year round during local opening hours. Perfect for days when the weather is not ideal or when you just feel like sliding, swimming and playing indoors.

From here, you can easily explore the region as well. The charming harbour town of Eckernförde is only about 16 km away, and the state capital Kiel is around 50 km from the resort. From 1 January 2025, there will be an overnight tax of 2% of the accommodation price, payable on site – a small contribution to maintaining the local infrastructure in this beautiful coastal area.
