General information

Floating Home 1 is a modern houseboat of 64 m² in the marina of Laboe, directly on the Baltic Sea. The accommodation is suitable for 2 people and is a lovely place for a special stay by the water.

Inside you will find a bright living room with sea view, designer furniture, underfloor heating and a smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped and includes, among other things, a high-quality Philips coffee machine, so you can start the day relaxed. Fast wifi and two smart TVs are also available.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed. In addition, the houseboat has a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a private sauna. Especially after a brisk walk along the coast, this is a lovely place to warm up.

Outside, you have a private terrace directly on the water and a roof terrace with a view of the marina. Here you can sit quietly, enjoy the sunset or watch the boats passing by.

The beach is about 200 meters away. Restaurants, a bakery and cafés are also less than 500 meters away, so you can easily head out on foot. Free parking is available nearby and access is step-free.

Floating Home Nr 1 is suitable for couples or two friends who want to enjoy peace, comfort and life on the water. The houseboat was renovated in March 2026. Pets are not allowed and children are welcome from 12 years old.
