The Safari Tents at Kimaro Farmhouse

On the estate, several luxury safari tents are spread out. These stylish tents are deliberately finished with a wooden frame, giving them a charming look reminiscent of a distant colonial past. Each safari tent is positioned on a beautiful piece of meadowland, allowing you optimal space and privacy. Quality and small-scale exclusivity are the motto at Kimaro Farmhouse. Each glamping tent is very spacious, beautifully and atmospherically decorated, and infused with African accents. A romantic four-poster bed, a rustic double box bed and a bunk bed can accommodate up to 6 people. The luxury safari tents are fully equipped with a cozy country kitchen, a long table with comfortable canvas chairs, a snug sitting area, a romantic clawfoot bathtub, and a separate indoor toilet. The tent also has fixed lighting, electricity, and Wi-Fi. Bed linen is provided as well. On the spacious veranda, you can relax on the swing bench or in the deck chairs. During the cooler spring and autumn days, the tent is pleasantly heated by a decorative gas heater that is permanently installed. You sleep under canvas, so at night you can enjoy the sounds of a rich wildlife. From the tent, you overlook the beautiful Burgundian hills and can enjoy rural life in ultimate luxury.

Kimaro Farmhouse is surrounded by meadows. In the morning, you are greeted by the 'neighbors': the Charolais cows that Burgundy is so famous for. From the farmhouse, you walk along a sandy path into the vast forests—ideal for hours of hiking or mountain biking.

June through September, Kimaro Farmhouse offers weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year, they offer flexible arrival and departure days. Minimum stay is 2 nights.
